Called in to make an appointment for 2 gel fills & a gel pedicure, they asked if it was for 3 people. I said no one person is doing a pedicure & fill & the other just a fill. They had openings for about an hour after I called. Once I was in, they said oh no you didn’t say a pedicure. I said I would go elsewhere then because I needed a pedicure today..so they took me. I was in the pedicure chair & the guy doing my manicure came over and started doing them at the same time which I cannot stand. I pay to get my nails done to relax and they had me doing yoga stretches the entire time because they were in a rush to do a gel fill while doing the pedicure, while I was trying to relax!!. At one point I said that’s not happening because the way they had me sitting was so uncomfortable. So they found a pillow and continued to rush. I had to request a third coat because he stopped painting them and put the color away but the nails were still completely see through. I got a snowflake on one finger and stripes on the other. I requested it before they were even started with the color…dude huffed & puffed he was so frustrated…like bro tell me it’s not possible?? Instead of leaving a glob snowflake like pictured below. At checkout they charged me $45 for a gel pedicure, $40 for my gel manicure. A BASIC pedicure, that’s the most I’ve ever paid. It’s a $20 up charge for a gel color on the toes?? Compared to the $25 basic color pedicure. I’m used to paying $5 or $10 more for gel. Ridiculous. I just switched to this place because the first time I went I was really happy with the results. I will never return. Especially with the attitude I received when I made an appointment and they overbooked themselves.

Quality work I was a walk in. Cindy does very nice natural nails, no large lumped up acrylic. The price was reasonable and I'm very happy with them.

I went to JC nails as a walk in and started my pedicure in only 30 minutes. I even had time to go shopping at Goodwill and bought Flip flops. They had many selections of Gel colors and regular colors who matched the gels. I had a lot of fun with the colors. The nail tech was very precise on shaping my nails which came out beautifully. But my left hand nails were longer and she had to clip them even. they are growing equally and stronger and the Gel French pink and orange tip I got is providing the outmost protection and growth to my nail and my nail tips. I highly recommend JC Nails. Thank you.

I stopped in as a walk in and was told in future I needed an appointment. Mind you every chair was filled with employees(?) sleeping or watching tv. They checked me in, I picked a color-standard pedicure. The girl did an ok job but the polish was old and needed acetone added - I sat through 2 cycles of drying but 4 hours later, it was still tacky. I will not be going back.

I had Sandy did my nails. I come here somewhat often and she always recognize me every time I walk through the doors. She was very patient with me, nail tech’s are very very nice, and their work is the best I have ever seen! Even though that the price is kinda high, I would understand why it is. I 100% recommend coming here for your nails. I personally love their work, and I love their workers!

nails were crooked and it was 20 dollars up charge to get gel on your toes and the nail polish came off in less then 24 hours they couldn't do any nails styles they were just simple and plain and there really expensive for what you get so don't come here

Best nail salon around! Amazing staff and great prices

The times I’ve gone before they have done a great job. The last couple of times I’ve spent $15 on an upgrade that was maybe 15 seconds long. The girl wasn’t into it at all. My nail polishes was smudged later that night. Must’ve been old nail polish. The next day it was chipping off. Her massage was so light that she was barely touching me. light. I’m not sure why. My legs were shaved. I made a reservation and they always start my young daughter earlier and she never sits by me. I’m not sure what’s going on but is reflecting on their customers service terribly.
