My wife and I have been living at Gallery 1014 for over a year and it is by far the best place to live when it comes to downtown St. Louis! The staff are extremely nice and caring. They are willing to work with you and they put themselves in your shoes when it comes to your personal needs. Also, they are quick to fix, respond, and reply to any request – for example, whenever I put in a maintenance ticket, they are in my unit and fixing it the very next day or whenever works best for me. My wife and I also needed help finding a place for my mother-in-law to live while here and they were able to put her up in the unit adjacent to ours! Talk about consideration and dedication to us as residents. We will be sad to leave someday but we know that our time at Gallery 1014 will always hold a special place in our hearts. Amenities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and dog park on the roof – as well as a fitness hall and gym on the floor just below the roof.

I stayed here briefly for a nursing assignment (Sept to Dec 2022). Initially, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone about renting, but when I was finally able to submit my application and payment it worked out (theres only 1 person working in the office). I was in a 2 week time crunch so I picked this place based on reviews and location. I had roaches for the majority of my 3 month stay (in the kitchen, microwave, cabinets, bathroom, living room etc). They came to spray/bomb the unit 3 TIMES before I demanded (they never offered) to move to another unit. My initial unit almost caught on fire because they had sprayed products inside the oven at one point. Parking is $100+/month AND a block and a half walk through downtown, as the on site parking is limited/available by tenant seniority. It's downtown, so it is noisy as expected. Walls are thin, as even on the 15th floor I heard everything going on outside---terrible for a night shift nurse, but again I picked here on short notice. Move out fees included $75 carpet cleaning and $7 "lighting" (I'm assuming a light bulb--no one ever called me back to explain) Overall not a horrible place to stay, but I'm quite sure there are better options around, just make sure you tour in person before signing a lease. The generous 3 stars is due to the staff kindness and the cleanliness of the common areas. Also the units are a really nice size and the spa tubs are really nice. I personally would not stay here again.

From move in to move out the staff was always fantastic. Definitely feel like they took cleanliness and safety as top priorities. Amenities are fantastic, and so much within walking distance. Could never hear a peep from neighbors and IN UNIT JACUZZI TUB

I would definitely recommend Gallery 1014. I had to move to Saint Louis on short notice for a contract job, and I was fortunate to come across this apartment complex. I was able to move in super quickly. Andrea and Brian are amazing at managing the place. They always take care of their tenants and make sure everyone’s stay here is pleasant. I’ve lived here for a year and I never had any major issues. My apartment looks very modern, clean, and cozy. The gym, pool, the beautiful view on the rooftop are also great bonuses. The location is great, it’s very close to some nice restaurants, museums, bars, the arch, and the Cardinals stadium. 5 stars!

Gallery 1014 has proven to be the answer to my prayers from day 1, after previewing their apartments online and dialed the phone number and a live person answered the phone, then she told me I could come on down and view the apartment. They won me with Hello, I knew I wanted to be a part of a community that cared enough to answer the phone. Ms Andrea and her team are consistently there when you need them. Love these guys

Safe in the city!!! I loved this place—- the courtyard and rooftop were awesome. The gym was so handy and well equipped. Andrea in the office was always quick to respond. It was so clean— the hallways, the elevators, and lobby. Don’t hesitate to live here.

I just started my stay here at 1014 a few months ago. I needed a place to go fast after a recent change in life events. The staff was extremely polite. Very willing to accommodate my needs! I was able to move in within 3 days of contacting the apartments. They are always fast and polite and if something is wrong, they have a great maintenance team that is quick to fix the issue! 10/10 Recommend.

We moved in just a few months ago, but LOVE the apartment. The appliances are top-notch and the management is awesome. The common spaces are impeccably clean and it always smells like fabuloso!
