I have been with premier dental for a few years now received exceptional care but what hurts that experience is having an appointment cancelled twice after showing up. It is the lack of communication regarding the appointment. I am more likely to be understanding when people are being honest with me and not wasting my time. I mean the customer gets penalized for cancelling late but the business doesn’t unless people decide to take their business elsewhere.

I love this dentist! 0 wait time in the waiting room (you can fill out your paperwork online before your appointment). Maggie really got me together and cleaned my teeth perfectly. She checked on me the whole time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and did not hurt me. I would come back in a heartbeat. The facility was clean and professional. They validate your parking in Laclede, I just wish they had told me this, otherwise perfect.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and as I expected, my teeth needed some work done. I felt embarrassed I’d let things go so long but never once did anyone make me feel guilty about neglecting my teeth. Lupe is fantastic and gentile and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve got several more appointments coming up and while I don’t look forward to all I have to get done, for once I am not dreading going to the dentist. 10/10 would send anyone here looking for a new dentist!!

I love my Dr hawks he is a great dentist. I will miss him when he retire. The nurse that work with him she is great I just got a cleaning she did a excellent job. Try premier dental you will love them.

My dental hygienist, Sam, was very gentle in both technique and bedside manner. I felt truly cared for and that I was in good hands. The front desk staff were also very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate dental care.

I recently moved to the CWE and needed a dentist. I’d been procrastinating doing so out of fear of having a terrible experience. Given this, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Premier Dental Partners. Dr Kofkoff was both understanding and knowledgeable such that I had no problem confessing my dental sins. All the staff I encountered were friendly, and I note they were particularly diligent about letting me know when something was going to cost money and how much. Thus far I’ve had a checkup, two cavities filled, and am scheduled for another checkup in 6 months. Pricing seemed fair. Certainly no concerns.

Great dental care, professional, compassionate and friendly. Dr. J. Hauser is the BEST dentist...EVER. I have been under his care 33+ years. Peggy is Exceptional in her role as Dental Hygienist. Very knowledgeable, she use great care in providing the best service...I love them both almost like family!

Have been with them since beginning, very professional but personable as well. Staff all very helpful. My only issue would be that like all dentists it is hard if you have to miss a routine appointment to get a reschedule in less than a couple months. Very responsive if you have an emergency though. I love that they are always on time!
