I have definitely had better. The tzatziki sauce is very thin with a watered down taste!! And the meat is a little salty. vegetables are nice and crisp and fresh. Kind of pricey. Service was just OK. I will not be back. Slop this one and keep looking.

In the healthy food desert that is downtown St. Louis this oasis will satisfy your appetite for fresh healthy food. Quality ingredients. Friendly staff. If you in downtown sT.Louis and looking for great place to eat. Don’t miss this one. Food: I order gyro rice bowl it was as good as eating chipotle middle eastern style. Food was fresh well cooked, great flavor over all was amazing test. I order with tzatziki sauce and garlic sauce. Customer Service: employees were very friendly it was my first time here so they explain me every thing how it works. Friendly employees and best customer service 5 ⭐️ You won’t regret! The workers are friendly, the food is delicious. I always go for a bowl with rice and lamb meat. I like to request double meat, lamb and chicken. There is seating with herbs and a chalkboard with ingredients for tzasiki sauce. Also, they have a Sriracha ranch that you can add to your food. SO good! If you're around, I would recommend coming in!

Recently was in St. Louis for a conference and came here for lunch a couple times. It was absolutely delicious food, great atmosphere. They unfortunately weren’t told about the massive conference nearby & got absolutely slammed during the lunch break. Even though they were crazy busy their customer service and food were amazing!

Great place with friendly staff. Orders are easy and you can make additions. The doner kebab is just like I remember from my time in Germany, so good.

Fantastic homemade Greek food. Everything was homemade. Gryo super tender and really good. We also loved the hummus, falafel and baklava. Highly recommend.

The Gyro was 🔥🔥🔥 I loved the extras that you could add to your Gyro. The service was awesome. The best Gyro I've had in a while 👍 I would definitely go back on my next trip to St.Louis.

Quick efficient affordable. Rice is good. Not a fan of their olives (but I don’t like olives in general and these are the real olives) but wife loves them. Fries could be crisper but lamb is superb.

Oh my goodness, the lamb was so tender and tasty and the vegetables were so fresh! They even had homemade baklava. Waaaay out did my expectations. Great service and great price. PS. The feta cheese also was really good... I accidentally asked for it on my pita when normally I don't care for feta much but this cheese was not bitter or pungent at all. Kudos to the owners!

Fresh delicious hummus, warm pita, juicy chicken. What more can you want? My friends both had gyro salads and they looked great. We all got quite a lot of food and had plenty to eat. Highly recommend!

Came here for the first time today. The two guys at the front BOTH greeted me with a smile. I got the “Build your own bowl” and the portion was the perfect size. The lamb was tender and flavorful and all the fresh ingredients taste amazing. I ate inside and i enjoyed the music. Overall good dining experience!

I visited this restaurant two times while in St. Louis for the Joyce Meyer Woman’s Convention. The good was outstanding. It was the best Gyro I have had in a very long time. Additionally the staff was awesome. They were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great choice of Mediterranean food.

Loved my gyro, best pita I've ever had. Line was long because of an event at the convention center, but moved really fast! Very yummy.

I have never had a bad meal or bad service at Gyro Express. I've been getting lunch there since it was Yiro Gyro. I like that I can choose vegan options, I do eat meat however I periodically take breaks from meat.

The best value and food I've had in the area hands down. For $13 you get a gyro loaded with your choice of toppings, fries and a soda. Wish I found this place sooner before I spent money on meh lunches. The staff and owners were super friendly and the interior of the restaurant was clean with lots of available seats.

Amazing hidden gem. Place is family owned and they do it a from scratch and it shows in the food. FINALLY a place that serves a legit Doner (could only get them when in Berlin) that's everything I love about doners: meaty, veggie, saucy and delicious. The staff are stupid friendly and always happy to chat. These are the kind of places we need to keep going. Love love love this place!

The food is absolutely phenomenal. The mom, dad, and son made my daughter feel special as she showed up in her princess dress. We will definitely stop in the next time we're in St Louis.
