I was at targets department store. The store was crowded as it should being close to the holidays. The cashier was nice even though I had 3 xmas orders

Very well staffed. The workers were very polite and got me through the line pretty quickly. We went on a Friday night around 630pm. All registers had cashiers except for 2 of them. This schnucks is usually always well stocked and kind employees.

this is a fun and interesting place to visit. They have a lot of nice things at low cost. Think of it as a step above Dollar Tree! check it out.

Lots of places to go and chat to eat for the most part does Target. Then you have a Schnucks , McDonald's Ross five and below. Just lots of options if you want to go in the area and to me somewhat fun

VERY chaotic. So many roads feeding into the one parking lot. And people don’t drive very well anymore so it definitely made it a hectic experience that I won’t be repeating anytime soon.

Good selection of items. Great staff and the store is always nice. Location is easy to get in and out of and parking is fair.

The parking lot is always busy but it is designed well enough with plenty of entry and exit points, handicap parking, and enough spots for the demand that it experiences, it is maintained well as far as it has no noticeable potholes, however it could be cleaner.

If you need any basic exercise items, they have a good selection. You never know what you're going to find there!! I actually purchased some hand weights, a few snacks, and fun colored hair extensions for Mardi Gras. Give it look...

Just went in Schnucks to grab something for lunch. I love the Self-Checkout areas. They definitely come in handy when you need to just get in, find what you need, and get out. It's very convenient when you aren't forced to wait in long lines; especially on your lunch break.

Re: FIVE BELOW: We have found so many cool products here like sequined pillows, sequined wallets, floats for the pool and cool t-shirts. I love looking around in this store knowing that it won’t break the bank if I decide to buy something. I have found most of the items I bought to be of good quality. The pool equipment is still going 3 years later. The pillows and wallets still look brand new. My daughter loved the T-shirt that shows the definition of hangry…so hungry that you are angry! Fun store overall!

Too many people begging change aggressively lately. In front of the stores, at the stop lights disrupting traffic, walking up sidewalks. Crime increase, as well. A lot more trash on the street and sidewalks than there was just a few years ago. I wish local politicians would make an effort to keep this part of our city thriving, like it once was. I still love this area and hope something is done about these issues.

When I arrived at the store I observed how it was taped off to enter and exit. A sign on the door request that you wait for approval to enter the store. It also states they only allow a certain amount of shoppers into the store. Once inside you still must wait for someone to allow you to move further. I assume these precautions are in place due to theft. Personally, I've not had to experience this going into any establishment where I desired to shop. I was very uncomfortable. I may have taken time to pursue a purchase but the body odor of someone inside made that extremely unbearable. I had to leave within a few minutes of being inside. We can only hope that this establishment has a chance to become better for those in the area that have need of it. Personally I won't attempt shopping here again.

Shopping center is in dire need of repair and security. I mean real security, not the so called security they currently have that sleeps in the suv they have. There's so much glass in the parking lot from car break-ins. The only area that has security cameras is around schnucks. Be aware of your surroundings.

The charging wire to my Samsung phone was not working so I went to five below to get a new one. They have a wide variety to choose from and one that fits your phone, whether it's apple or android. You can't beat the price or colors!

I visited Target, across the street from Hampton Village. The store was clean and they had everything on my shopping list today.

Hampton Village has something for everyone! A discount store, Five Below, which has many different items, including penny candy - 10 for a dollar. I always go there to obtain drawing pads for my grandchildren. 5 dollars,! Then you have Ross, a discount clothing store - my favorite! It is on the corner of the Village, with clothing, shoes, sheets, blankets, household items, they have it all!

Schnucks is a great place for grocery shopping, as if I can't find items at Aldi or Walmart. I use my go-to shopping store. First, they have a breakfast sausage that used to be from Shop N Save, a store they bought and kept this great tasting sausage. Next, they carry my chocolate milk from Oberweis in a Gass bottle. If I can't get to Rollin Farms store, I will buy Oberweis chocolate milk. They offer seasonings you won't find at stores in anymore too like Swedish Meatball Mix. So if you can't find items at your grocery stores you go to, then try Schnucks family grocery store.

Good prices it should be 7 and below the prices are higher the 5 dollars and you can barely find one dollar items in there.

Used to be a fine neighborhood. Now, I wouldn't go there during the day. Jail, police, on lot security and store employees are no threat to today's criminals. Other than that it's your average Schnucks. Nothing special. Adequate.

  • 5/5 Helen B. 1 year ago on Google
This is the best schnucks in the area they've got a full seafood section and sushi as well as a full deli with everything you can imagine hands down the best schnucks.

  • 5/5 Hannah M. 2 years ago on Google
Its was quiet with enough space between units that it felt private. Spacious with a beautiful bathroom and shower. I would suggest that they put in smart lighting with colored lights and surround sound so that you can set lights with music because of the already running light fixture and vaulted ceilings. ,,,,I mean at least put it on a dimmer switch , bare minimum

Kick back and jam some funky tunes while you wait for your plug. Be very careful, tho. Somebody got shot in broad daylight here the other day. Be sure to give at least one dollar to someone who is panhandling. Who cares if it's for drugs or whether they are really homeless or not. If you can afford to shop at Walgreens, you can afford to help somebody else out.

Went there on the dawn of Xmas Eve and I was so pleasantly surprised! The store was clean and neat and the workers were amazing to me! 10/10 will recommend.

Horrible experience at Target. I had a very traumatic experience with my 10 year old daughter and was actually asked to come out of the dressing room and accused of stealing merchandise. After allowing security and the clerk at the dressing room to search, we left without making any purchases. I have never been so humiliated and traumatized from a planned shopping trip. I, nor my family and friends, will EVER shop there again. Horrible experience.

Walgreens at this location (A) no carts anymore. They said all were stolen. (B) filthy dirty floors, counters. Everything. (C) shelves are bare. (D) long long wait for rx. Short staffed they say every time. If I was a betting woman I would say it's about to close due to neglect

Easy access to produce. Line was set up to accommodate covid-19 social distancing. The rules for Covid are changing and when you see this masks are not mandated to wear in St. Louis City. (Just use your common sense and wear one if you are immuno- compromised or have a necesary reason to wear one. Be safe. The store was moderately busy. Went to get Ground Sirloin around 3:30 p.m. and there was not any in the meat case and no butcher. One clerk ran in the back and found someone in the back. She informed me that all was out in the cases and to come back tomorrow. The shelves were a little scarce. I did find a few wines to try. I use the wine club to taste test new wines that may be good ones to buy later. Found a 2020 Argentine wine, a Cabernet Sauvignon, A favorite, Craftwork Cabernet, and a 2016 French Bordeaux -Francs Les Cerisiers. Two new and an old reliable wine. The checkers are friendly and move you through quickly and courteously. Thanks Schnuck's

Great parking. Friendly employees in every store I've ever visited there, and that covers the entire shopping center!

This is my Go-To Schnucks ! The store is always well stocked and the staff is always friendly & professional. During these trying times with the COVID-19 Crisis, this means a lot. These folks are on the front lines ... and to stay strong & positive on a daily basis, ... means Everything !

  • 3/5 Rebel 4. 2 years ago on Google
Very unwelcoming atmosphere compared to other locations. The employees aren’t the friendliest and the store is always out of everything…they’re always stocking but never seem to have anything.

  • 5/5 Billy N. 1 year ago on Google
Store has variety in the pleasures we seek in our diet. Higher than average prices. However when I need that special item they have it so paying a bit more is what I pay. Also if you ask for an item to be available they will bring it in an place it on they shelf.

I have been traveling for my job for over 30 years. And I have never come in contact with a more racist Hotel in the entire United States than this one. Outside of the housekeeping and nighttime front desk representative everybody else is very racist or just did not care at all about customer service. The housekeeper and the customer service night person were the only two that were concerned about my situation. The morning front desk person was the rudest customer service representative I have ever seen. She and the district manager will not concerned that all that I was taking care of my autistic nephew and it was not even the slightest concern for them. We were literally thrown out of the hotel after paying for 2 weeks. I would not recommend this place to the worst enemy I have and management need to investigate how they were taught about customer service

I came to get my hair cut but as soon as I walked in the door they said they were not taking anymore clients that day. So I shopped at Ross. It was dark when I went to McDonalds. They don't open their doors. It's all drive-thru. The employees were exceptionally nice and told me to be careful. The bus didn't come on Chippewa for two hrs. This is not a safe area in the evening at all. There were people that someone called paramedics at the bus stop for because they were acting out. Then a man got crazy at the McDonalds window and started threatening someone. I would not advise this area after 8pm.

The Schnucks is pretty good without a long wait time. Otherwise it is pretty clean. I find the automated inventory machine a bit creepy.

Parking here sucks. Too many pickup spots and not enough for handicap folks. Shame on target.

  • 5/5 Patricia K. 1 year ago on Google
This shopping center is excellent. Schnucks is a nice place to shop for groceries. You have Great Clips to go for updating your hairstyle. Both Five Below and Ross are good stores to buy discounted items.

Lots of business, parking lot is always full. Criminal acts (carjackings, armed robberies) have rapidly increased here even though Security roams the parking lot. Be careful dont take your time leaving and watch your surroundings.

  • 3/5 Donnette F. 1 year ago on Google
It has a Walgreens and a Dobbs and a few other fast food chain restaurants close by. The Walgreens was ok...didn't have an item I stopped in to get but it was clean and the line moved quickly.

  • 2/5 Jane Y. 1 year ago on Google
I am sure there are many good things in the store, but I didn't find any. I found it depressing and junky. There isn't much stuff to get at $5 and below anymore.

We went to the Schnuck's at Hampton Village Shopping Center. This isn't my neighborhood, but I took my son their. He just moved into an apartment not far from this Schnuck's and was purchasing his first groceries. I found the store to be clean, and well stocked. The staff were masks.
