Gotta say I was disappointed. Don’t want to slam but I got this salad on 4/26 and the date on the bottom of the package showed 4/23. Don’t know about you, but when the milk carton date goes passed I am very careful before drinking it. Chicken Salad Chick should be more aware of dated food. As an aside, I would expect a salad joint to make salads fresh daily…just cause that is their “Bread and butter”. Hope this store can learn from this review. I will try it again, but I will scrutinize my food. Oh, and as a delivered lunch in a group it would be helpful for each item to be labeled. One chicken salad looks like another.

A great place for lunch that really hits the spot! They have a lot of different choices for the chicken salad, I just got the classic one and it was delicious. I got takeout and it was a good portion for a reasonable price. They were really fast too despite being packed when I went to pickup.

I really loved the chicken salad scoops. Seasoned well and the recipe has been perfected. It's cold, but served fresh.The sides, could use some help with flavor and seasoning. I had the chicken dumpling soup. It was okay. I definitely plan on coming back and buying more chicken salad scoops. TLDR: mainly American themed restaurants. AKA white people food. But even if you're not white, you may like it like I did!

First time here. Gal at counter seems annoyed at me. It was my first time here and was checking things out. Pasta salad was greasy and bland. Broccoli salad was good. Portions of sides were good. Sandwich was disappointing. Dry and flavorless. Looked like processed yuck. Not a fan

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful to explain their menu to me...since it was my first visit to a Chicken Salad Chick. I found out after a bit that it was only his fourth day on the job. I told him he was doing an excellent job because I would never have guessed he was newly hired. The restaurant was cleaning and very appealing. Food was good. I only had the basic chicken salad, so it wasn’t anything fancy, but it tasted fresh.

What a sweet little gem of a restaurant. The chicken salads and soups are amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Oh and the cookie with your meal was a nice treat! Definitely will be back.

Stopped in for lunch for the first time. My husband had the Old South on wheat with broccoli salad as his side item. I got the fancy Nancy on toasted white with chicken tortilla soup as my side. Everything was delicious! The guy who waited on us at the counter was so nice and patient since it was our first time. He let me try a couple of samples to decide which flavor of chicken salad I wanted. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

I’m from Ga and my husband and I loved Chicken salad chick when we lived there even had them cater our wedding. So we were thrilled to see this location on our visit through St.Louis. As always the customer service and quality was excellent. I’ve never had a disappointing experience at any location. Now if y’all would open one in Manhattan KS that would be great!

I was a little skeptical going in, because I thought it would be one of those #cheugy, froo-froo, gluten, non-GMO, vegan nonsense kind of places. But this place is actually amazing. I took a chance on the Old Olive Chicken Salad (egg with a sweet pickle). It blows Panera's dish out of the water. The little extra cookie with your meal is a cherry on top. Yeah its $30 for 2 people, but the food quality is there. Looking forward to my return visit.

Incredibly disappointed. Just picked up a salad for lunch (I don't live near a location) and opened the container to find a bowl of wilted, slimy lettuce with my scoop of chicken salad. I'm not sure how someone can justify using rotting produce in a "fresh" salad, but they did. I should have paid a lot less and gotten the croissant. Waste of money. Also the picture attached is just from the lettuce on TOP of the salad...I didn't even have to dig around to find these pieces. Gross. Will not return.

Today I took my twins for the very first Chicken Salad they have ever had! They went crazy over it! My daughter actually was kicking her arms and legs with every bite! I don’t blame her this is GOOD food!!! Not only is it good food but the overall experience if wonderful! The people are upbeat and seem happy to want to work! It made my mood happier! The GM in there is amazing! The crew is happy to work, food and experience is always 5 stars and the restaurant is clean! I will be back for many future visits!

It was very delicious! I got a scoop of the ‘Fancy Nancy’ chicken salad which has grapes, cheese and walnuts in it and a serving of broccoli salad which is my new time favorite. Served with a cookie, and I had iced tea. It was so good that my friend and I came back the next day. Yummy.

Great southern, clean atmosphere. Not a chicken salad fan but loved it and have been there on multiple occasions now..serving sizes were generous for the prices charged

Placed an order of 8 meals and asked them to check it a few times before we walked out. They said they did. Ended up missing one. Went back and they didn’t seem real anxious to help but then pulled it out of the fridge like they knew when I showed them the receipt. Food is okay but wow is the service not real excited to help.

I tried ordering online 48 hours in advance for catering and the system would not let me. So, I did as the website suggested and called the location. When I called to make the order for 21 people the girl who answered was seemingly pleasant, that is till we went to hang up and she forgot to . I was working with my earbuds and was delayed in hanging up. The girl started mimicking our call "can I get a catering order" then went on to say how much she hates customer's , she hates fast food , and cannot wait to get out of the business. I decided not to say anything as we are all allowed to vent especially when you think no one can hear you. HOWEVER, when I went to go get my food, the person ringing me out said RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME "I just started and I am already annoyed with large orders". I casually walked out and not say a word. Will not be ordering from this location again. It was a very unwelcoming experience. For reference, my order was correct and the food was good.
