They have a good dinner special on Fridays for $5 burger and fries. Cute backyard patio too.

Just moved to the neighborhood from the CWE and was excited to find a good neighborhood bar as where I'm moving from lacked many good smaller bar/grills. Came with some friends and was super happy to find exactly what I was looking for. Good staff, good bar food, and a good neighborhood bar environment with a great patio. Will be coming back for sure!

Good local bar and bartenders are great. But the guy that cleans the back patio is one of the worst people I have ever talked to. Yells at everyone like a dog no respect at all. I've been coming here for 5 years honestly wont come back.

Nice place. My group went early on a Wednesday afternoon so it was slow and quiet. The waitress was friendly. The food had a good taste and the cost was reasonable. The disappointment was because they no longer served an item listed on their website and the menu was very limited in choices. However, it was still an overall good experience.

Even though the staff and service was excellent and top-notch my rating is based on the food. Before the pandemic they had an incredible menu with huge tasty burgers, Saint Louis style pizza, and many other items. the only thing that still seems to remain that is incredible are the Bavarian breadsticks. Instead of having a Imo's type quality pizza they now have what looks like a homemade pizza with only a few different toppings as options. also they don't seem to have a dishwasher anymore because everything is served on paper plates and paper containers. even the drinks are served in those little plastic cups that you buy like a 20 pack for a dollar at the dollar store. My friends got beer on draft and it too was served in a medium-sized plastic cup. They don't even have physical menus anymore. Your phone better have a barcode scanner app. I can't say I had a horrible experience but sadly the food was not so great. but if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere in the bar experience, this is still a great place to go. as the entire building was soon filled up with many many friendly patrians

Great local bar! Bartender was fun and gave great service!

I called in my order today. The bartender on duty was super helpful as I didn't know what trashed wings were. She described them and that's what I ordered. I arrived way earlier than the pickup window time frame she gave me. I sat at the bar and the bartender that took was my order was super friendly and attentive. The wings were super delicious and I will definitely be back. I had no idea this place was literally a 40 second drive from where I live. Thank you!

This was my first visit. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, mac & cheese balls and pretzels. All the food was great. The burgerb was juicy and the fries were excellent. The Mac bites and pretzels were good as well. Loved the honey mustard dip.

Nice little bar with a good Cheeseburger. Very prompt and friendly waitress, she really earned the 5th star that Sunday evening

This is a great neighborhood bar and restaurant. No nonsense, clean and simple. We've eaten there twice. For the money, the first time was pretty good, but the second most recent time was even better. The double smash cheeseburger with fries for $9 is a deal that is very hard to beat. But, this second time it was even better. Washed down with a cold 4 Hands beer, we left very satisfied and will definitely be back in the future.

It was loud, but it is a bar, so if you just want to eat and not drink alcohol, go someplace else. This place isn't for you! If you want to drink perfect place. If you want to eat and have a beer or cocktail, this is the place!

Enjoyed the food, though I was disappointed by the price. I went in having seen the daily specials online, and was disappointed to find I had been charged full price for what was supposed to be a 1/2 off 16" pizza on Sundays. Might consider going back? Not sure yet.

Service was great, however I felt there were less than desirable meat on the roast beef sandwich. The garlic bread was decent, but I remember coming here years ago and they had a bomb cheesy garlic bread roast beef that I had to take home half.

Just came for some drinks. Had lunch here years ago. Unpretentious and kinda homey, in a South City way. Friendly service, cold drinks, what more can you ask.
