    Ordered 2 mozzarella bacon melts and 2 small fries. After a 2 car 10 min wait the cashier forgot what i ordered and still did not get what i ordered. No bacon on sandwich and bread was soggy. Gave me plenty of onions tho.

    Honestly, I don't know why this location is still open! Please, STOP hiring people who can't manage time. So, now they're serving one car at a time. . . meaning, one car places their order, pays, receives food, and then the next car can place their order. And, we still haven't resolved the issue of quality and receiving the correct order. Jesus, please fix it!!!

    I don't leave reviews often, and I've worked in food service before so I get that work like this can be tough, but I came to pick up a single order and I've been waiting for a half hour, with no one else in line. Which I'm patient, but I would highly recommend the owner of this restaurant consider hiring new staff entirely to replace this team, as stated in other reviews they don't acknowledge you at all. It's bizarre to be frank, and as I said, if the owner See's this, fire your entire working staff, and all of your managers, and get new people bro. This is embarrassing, but I doubt you'll reply to this, or care.

    Oh yea I'm glad I went to this Rally's ...great customer service good hardworking people...received my food hot and fast and it even said" Have a blessed day"! I have no complaints about the establishment and company 5 outta 5 stars!😊

    It's bad enough that my order was wrong, but so send out something so old and disgusting is shameful. I can't even eat this. The hot dog is rock hard. Also I ordered it with chili and cheese, no ketchup. The mozzarella sticks are refried and all the cheese is cooked out. Burger was hard and dry. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was old and slimy. This was really disappointing and honestly disrespectful to anyone spending their hard earned money after a long day at work. There aren't many options at this hour. I should've just had sleep for dinner.

    if your planning on eating there or ordering food GOOD LUCK with that. I went there on 8/31/2023 and tired to order and again on 10/5/2023 I was told that they did not have the staff to take my order, but they had time to open the window to tell me. There was only two cars in the drive thru I guess that they do not need the money. This has happened to me three times. I am done with this place. I just understand what it takes to get food there. To be truthful management just don't care either locally or corporate.

    The fries were indescribably fantastic. I've thought about what made them so good a lot and the best I have it they were flavorful and crunchy in every bite. The service was slow but I expect that at 2am on a Friday. The burgers were average as was the cheesecake sundae.

    Easter night around 10pm they were open, staffed & only had 3 cars waiting before me. It was AMAZING, goes without saying their fries are the best. I ordered the Deep sea double and double Rally Burger 2 for $6! hot and fresh, man rallies is so good. the only problem is that there's not many of them throughout the city anymore

    Workers very rude. Using the same gloves while touching everything when I say everything I mean everything. The food was not fresh nor was it hot. we even ordered online at the restaurant in parking lot.. the only reason why we still took the food due to the fact that we paid $52 and was extremely hungry From being at the hospital for hours we will not ever eat there again.. the rallys we have in Evansville IN is on point and they only work with 2 workers and still make the food fire.

    Insanely slow on multiple different occasions. Food was good but by the time I got my food it was cold this last time. It typically isn't an issue but I waited 20 minutes in a line I couldn't get out of even if I wanted to.

    I stood at the window in the rain and the cold for 20 mins ignoring me, then they told me to go through the drive through which then took another 20 minutes. It was me and two other cars. I was doing a doordash order and it took 40 minutes to pick up the food.

    Not very welcoming, nor helpful. This was our first time eating at Rally's and we were hoping for some decent fast food. The area around the restaurant was littered with trash. The employee taking our order was far from being helpful. The guys preparing our food had more to talk about rather than getting our order together. They didn't have any ketchup or mustard for our order. We had ordered chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and tenders, all of which were not fresh. The fries had been sitting in the warmer for some time as they were soggy. Definitely will not waste our money if we're ever back in STL at this Rally's.

    I used a coupon, so the price was great. The Burford burger was prepared as I asked with no tomatoes. It was a wait for the food, it was still good.

    Coming home from our vacation in Tennessee and really wanted some Rally's since we don't have one in our home town. The burgers were great, but the 3 chicken strip meals that we bought for the kids were horribly stale! They were so hard they made a clank sound when one of the kids tapped it against the head rest. Service was good overall. Just disappointed the kids' meals were not something that could be eaten.

    Checked to make sure the restaurant was still open. Got there...waited in line for the worker to tell me they aren't taking anymore individual orders...only Grubhub. It's 12 MN and I left work to get my lunch there. Total waste of my break. They should post cutoff hours.

    Absolutely stunned by the incredible service and attention to detail in their food, even at 3 am when the employees are likely very tired, they were all very kind and delivered some of the best food that I have tasted

    Dude said they only take exact change or credit and it takes me less than 5 minutes to come back. At 145, Still 15 minutes before they close, and they tell me they're closed... I get wanting to leave early... But they still had people in the drive through...

    9/5/2023. I wish I could give a negative star. I have never left a review before but this I could not ignore. I can’t even rate the food cause I just left. I sat in line for over 30 minutes. It was completely silent over the intercom until someone came on yelling “shut up” and then said his mic wasn’t working. I understand that so I just spoke what I wanted. He didn’t get the last part of my meal so I repeated it. He returned angrily at me”I told you (the n word) what do you want.” I decided to just leave the drive thru cause I have never been that mistreated over the microphone to order food from. I have never been to a Rally’s before and I never will now.

    Not being from the area I didn’t know what to expect from Rally’s. If this location is any indication, never again will I eat at a Rally’s. I figured since there were so many cars that it would be good. Haha. The food portions are incredibly small, the guy taking our order was very impolite, and our order was all wrong - or missing. I ordered 4 of the exact same meal to keep it simple. After telling him what I wanted, there was a full minute of silence. Since he didn’t repeat or confirm my order I asked if he caught what I said, to which he replied “I heard you!” When we picked up our meal he shoved the bag into our car after taking payment, in a grumpy tone said “have a…. night” and promptly shut the window. My wife’s order was missing. What a weird experience.

    Stopped into the Lindell and Vandeventer one in St. Louis to grab some lunch. None of the staff that saw me even remotely acknowledged my existence for almost 10 minutes of me standing at the window. When asked for a rough idea of the size of the tenders, was kept being dismissed with a "it's what's on the poster" even though the picture had the tenders the size of eggplants. When I tried to argue that point, she walked away and had someone else help me. So I just ordered a 3 piece and went on my way. When I opened the box it was three of the most pathetically small pieces of frozen in a bag chicken I've ever seen. Of all the fast food items that don't look like the picture, these were the most removed from the picture as I've ever seen. And for the price they charged for it is ridiculous considering what I got. I will never set foot at this location again.

    My 2 yr old has been puking up his hot dog all night. 🤬 either it wasn't held properly or the cook doesn't wash their hands. Either way, my son has food poisoning. Do not recommend!

    I was a little worried after reading some of the other reviews, but it turned out to be a really nice experience. I came in through the drive thru shortly after open. The lady on the speaker, Ruth, I believe was her name, was very pleasant. Uncommonly so, especially in the city. Everything was quick, just a few minutes, including the time it took to call over the manager, Ashley, to thank her for the good service. Food was hot, tasted good, and came the way I ordered it even though I made changes to the item.

    Best burgers around. Big Beaufort is delicious. And don't get me started on their fries. They service was horrible. Over 10 minutes and only a single other vehicle in front of us.

    My burger was decent it tasted like any other fast food burger. The fries have a nice flavor and I can see myself craving them again but my girlfriends chicken sandwich was still pink. The service was horrible and we waited in line for 15 minutes. If its the only thing open it's better than nothing but otherwise go somewhere else.

    I loved everything about this place but the fries and Iced tea really stands out for me. I was able to eat the Buford driving down the road with no accidents. Worth the stop. My rider had the bone in chicken wings and was amazed that a fast food could be so good.

    WE ORDERED OUR MEAL AND REQUESTED NO MAYO BECAUSE ONE IN OUR PARTY HAD ALLERGIC RESTRICTIONS...THEY ADDED MAYO AND WE WERE UNAWARE ..HAD TO RUSH MY FRIEND TO HOSPITAL...I REPEATEDLY SAID NO MAYO ..SO I FILED A COMPLAIN WITH CORPORATE AS WELL AS OBTAINING AN ATTORNEY.. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TO REVIEW YOUR ORDERS IF HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH FOOD RESTRICTIONS....I DO NOT THINK THIS LOCATION IS A GOOD IDEA TO BE OPEN ..THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS..

    My Mom (84 yrs) loves Rally's fries so I'm somewhat of a frequent customer. I've found the Vand/Lindell Rally's food to be subpar to other locations (sloppily made sandwiches, cheese stuck to wrapper etc.) On one occasion, I reported the unclean inside walkup to the manager who simply shrugged it off. This last visit I ordered via drive thru and received the same food quality. However, the cashier was friendly, pleasant and replaced my tepid fries without a flippant remark.

    OMG!! The service and mannerisms of the two ladies was AWESOME. The politeness took me away. Those two ladies need a raise. Thanks ladies I had to go right back for my friend. I was telling her how nice everything was, that the ladies were pleasant and the food was fresh.
