I came to my local Taco Bell for a late night meal as advertised. Unfortunately the staff outside smoking cigarettes told me they were only accepting online orders. They actually approached my vehicle while I was attempting to place an online order to tell me they were closed. When I asked what time they closed they both in unison replied “NOW”. I just feel like if you don’t want to work don’t. This is a horrible representation of this franchise. I won’t be returning. I’m super compassionate to this industry because I work in it. They definitely need better overnight staff.

My Husband and I have eaten here many times. We live in the neighborhood. The staff is always patient and courteous. My husband always personalizes his order to death, on several different items. They always make sure to repeat the order back making sure every item is correct

Uncooked/undercooked food. The bean burrito was even worse. I wanted to order the number seven to switch out the taco for being burrito because I don't eat meat and they told me I couldn't even do it. So I just ordered a cheese quesadilla and a bean burrito and it was awful and powdery tasting. #DISAPPOINTED 😞

Ordered on door dash $60 order all the chalupas had one or two bites of steak or chicken. The quesadillas weren't cut and I'm not sure cheese was even on it. Such a shame. If I would have known they were going to this less than stellar location I would have ordered something else.

Left without taking food due to such a rude order taker. I will never be back there again. The order taker should be fired for the way she talks to customers at the drive through. Also, just noticed that no one answers any of the reviews with any concern. Seems to me that the Owner should follow up and show that someone cares about the bad service that is given. Guess not!

I’ve lived in a few major cities in the United States. This specific Taco Bell location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible. The workers refuse to allow online orders to pick up through the window even though it’s an option on the Taco Bell app. I’ve been told multiple times from the window that I have to come inside to get my food. One day I went in and asked an employee if it was about the “drive-through times” and he laughed and said “yeah. This is my first day so idk why but yeah” The workers here simply lack customer service skills. I think maybe everyone in this city thinks this is the standard for Taco Bell and they just deal with it but people, believe me, I have been to the mountain top. This Taco Bell is TRASH. The food is okay, but the staff is terrible. Can’t be that hard guys. Step it up. You lost my business and I’m just one person so I can imagine you’ve lost much more.

This location is so hit or miss and unfortunately it’s mostly miss. They are consistently out of many items. The food is rarely warm, let alone hot. Like I know it’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect much, but dang come on. I got a crunchwrap supreme and was amused, disappointed, and surprised to bite into it and find ONLY the hard middle shell, lettuce, and sour cream. Corporate please fix this locations drive thru menu…please.

always understaffed, regularly refuse to take new orders that weren't placed online, frequently don't have the items that I ordered online and instead of offering a refund they will just replace them with other items. the staff are kind and work hard, but it's rarely a pleasant experience trying to get a meal at this location

Did not give me what I ordered, failed to inform me at several given chances that something I ordered was off the menu. Then added something to my order that I cannot eat (a meat taco, despite my entire order being non-meat). Then was met with complete hostility when I asked about getting a substitution for the items they were out of (being that I had already paid for them). Usually the staff is great, but I guess this current one doesn’t understand the basics of customer service. Would not go to this Taco Bell.

I ordered black bean chili Verde fries and they but steak on them. Pretty sure it was intentional by the weird eye contact the lady in the drive through gave me. Literally 6 French fries and all steak. Of course I'm vegetarian as the other items purchased had no meat..

a lil on the uncomfortable side because they will let you order, not suggesting you can get a meal for a better price, I spent $10 instead of $5, but not anymore. I'll drive 5 miles more for better service,

Came in on 9/25 and ordered a nacho bellgrande and a Chipotle melt. The cashier over charged me and was rude and said I told you 14 dollars. I was charged for extra beef 4 times. Management is severely lacking here. Every car was parked regardless of order and the uber eats drivers after waiting in the drive thru were told to come in the lobby that was locked and closed

This place is the armpit of customer service. My expectations are already pretty low for fast food customer service when you live in STL. However, this Taco Bell still sets itself apart from all the other bad experiences. They constantly get orders wrong, make you come inside to pick up an online DRIVE THRU order, yell at customers, and lack most common courtesy. My suggestion, stay away from this Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell seems to get a lot of flack. I get it, this part of the neighborhood isn't the greatest. But, I have had some of the best drive thru interactions at this Taco Bell than almost any other fast food establishment in St. Louis. They are incredibly friendly, and seem incredibly kind. And, they have always got my order correct. My only ding on the place would be that if you're in their drive thru, you can't turn out of it in an emergency or if they're "only taking door dash" (if you could kindly stop that last thing, that would be fantastic).

The food quality (protein amounts) have gone down. Still nice to have unlimited fountain sodas though I guess. The new kiosk ordering system is simple and easy to use. Seems like it makes getting your order faster a little easier.

I think most of us can agree most taco bells have bad service often but I've been here a few times now and the folks are nice, my food is nicely packaged and my orders are right.

I love Taco Bell but this location is horrible. I ordered a build your own cravings box through the app..my main entreé was missing. The doordasher was so sweet and went to go pick up my redelivery but the worker was rude and said that they did not remake food if the original item was not brought back up there. WELL I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM TO BRING BACK UP THERE! How dumb are the workers up there because this is not my first time ordering through the app and then something is missing. Im NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE FOOD THEN TURN AROUND AND BE RUDE TO YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could not order in person due to understaffing at this location. Own management is able to take care of this going forward. Felt bad for the staff working at the time.

Workers are super rude people and food is never good here… just wasted some more money here and was treated awfully by the staff, never coming back to this location. They don’t care if the food is even edible. I’ve come here several times hoping for the best and the food doesn’t taste right. Employees are rude and unhappy with what they’re doing I’ll let you figure out what that means (they’re handling your food). Go anywhere else. Employees are disgusting people… you’ll find better food in your toilet or trash can. Manager isn’t much of a manger allowing the behavior I’ve witnessed. I know probably not super amazing candidates applying for the great Taco Bell but maybe hire people that aren’t rude and train people not to be rude. And train them to make the food halfway decent.

I myself only got two hard 🌮.I don't know why but for some reason these were better than ever 🤣.I didn't get any complaints from my other 2 passengers.Othet then for some reason that neither of us knew. They just took the change that we had left after spending $23.39 they just took the rest of our change and didn't give us our recipe for our order.Could someone please explain this to me?🤔I was left feeling like something was taken from me.I still will return again.Maybe this time for a job.

Food is good when they get it right. I always put in my order requesting no cheese and no sour scream; majority of the time my food ends up having both those things on it and I can’t eat it.

  • 4/5 Tracy Jo C. 1 year ago on Google
Too many sauces In bag, non of the kind requested. And never my napkins. They've gotten better about slopping the ingredients on and giving whole portions when making. Depends on the attitude of the line cooks whether your shells are in one piece. And the level of laziness in the window workers, determines your length of time stuck in drive thru

Like any Taco Bell, it’s not “Mexican food” like food from Mexico. Here’s the clincher: They don’t claim to be! They are more like an American tribute restaurant to Mexican food and they do that pretty well - depending on the store, the management, and the work ethic of the staff. This location made good food in good time, thus “Fast Food”. It was exactly what we wanted and our taste buds and bellies were happy.

I hate when an establishment raises prices & quality has fallen through the floor..I will not come to this taco bell again..both of my beef chaulupas and crunchy taco was old hard.. the lady at the window & took my order was great they or she is the ONLY REASON you got 2 stars out of me. Trash food the owners & managers should be ashamed of them self for useing your community as a garbage dump for food and we pay through our noises for it. Thank American Corporations

6/25/23 Mexican Pizza was inedible. The tortilla tasted bitter AF. Also, it is not friendly for us disabled folk to make us come inside for our mobile order, just because you're not ready. Lucky you, I had my wife with me. Do better.

  • 5/5 Gene M. 1 year ago on Google
Fast, no issues, food was ready minutes after my mobile order. The lobby was open for pickup which is nice because the drive thru is a bit small for a full size truck.

Food is too expensive anymore over $20 for a dozen soft tacos. That's outrageous. They were good though and I was hungry. Thing is I was still hungry after spending over $20 on eating. That's outrageous.

Waited a crazy long time in the drive through about 8pm - got home and had the completely wrong order. Went back, waited in line again- was told I would need to come inside to be helped. I did. Manager basically left me standing at the front for 20 minutes, only to come up to the counter and more or less make it clear that she thought I was a liar since I didn't have a receipt (the drive through attendant never gave me one) When I made it clear I paid $30 and wanted my food she finally went back there and slopped together some mess, shoving the bag at me. The staff were openly cursing, some man started shooting a gun off in the parking lot and they thought it was funny. This is one of the worst crews I have EVER seen- management should fire every single one of these clowns.

This Taco Bell has came a long way. Years ago, it had a awful staff. Now, there's a really customer friendly group of people working there. The food was as good as the customer service. It's nice to have a Taco Bell you can still physically walk into and place a order.

3 times I have stopped by this location and each time it's something first time wrong order 2nd time they added stuff to my food that I didnt order that my wife had allergies to and now stopping in at 10 till midnight I was told to come back in 45 min if I didn't have a pick up order this is ridiculous I will not be back at this location and recommend that nobody else does either if I could leave zero start or negative stars I would

Family woke up sick with food posioning from their beefy melt burritos. 11/22/22 is when we went through their drive thru. Knew it was them as nothing else was eating since then.

Food is normally great however, service is not great in the evenings. Last night was the worst. Nobody in line in front of me but nobody came on the speaker either. After saying hello a couple times, I pulled forward. I told the employee that the speaker wasn't working. She said it was working and that I could drive around again to place my order. I found another place that had much better service.

Usually the food is good, unfortunately this time around not so much. Not very hungry I ordered the Chicken Strip special for $10 plus a side of broccoli. The quantity and appearance was great as usual, unfortunately, my chicken strips were fried too hard. I did mention it to my WONDERFUL server (Amber)but declined her taking them back as it was close to closing and I don't trust sending dishes back for various reasons. But this location is usually on point and I will return.

Quick and friendly service. The floor throughout the entire restaurant was GROSS it was very Sticky and Not Clean. It definitely shows the entire facility is UNKEPT. The Safety Consuming Food from this location is In Question.

It's TacoBell...in the hood. This one does a great job as far as food preparation and customer service once you get inside. But that's the trick, get inside and order yo' food...then peep out the window for a time to shake. Timing is everything! Extra points for avoiding panhandler obstacles around every corner!

  • 4/5 Jessica W. 1 year ago on Google
Well done from the last time I was here! Bathroom was clean, stocked and smelled great. Manager made sure I confirmed order and workers were respectful

This place is pretty fast and the food is good! The service is nice but it is a busy location. It's easy to find and access but I've only been there in the evening hours so I can't say how breakfast or lunch hours run.
