Dr.
Hollie
is
great;
however
I
would
not
recommend
her
office
to
anyone
and
it's
so
unfortunate.
I've
had
several
encounters
with
this
office
where
I
was
given
inaccurate
lab
results
and
I
had
to
bring
it
up
to
the
office
staff
and
informed
provider,
ask
provider
to
call
me
bac
staff
did
not
deliver
the
message.
After
finally
getting
appointment
to
the
office,
it
was
addressed
by
Dr.
Hollie
and
she
had
me
speak
with
office
manager.
Me
being
office
manager
I
tried
to
have
patience
with
office,
but
they
don't
always
return
calls
back,
I
had
a
telemedicine
visit
at
the
early
stages
of
Covid
around
10am,
I
called
an
hour
later
because
I
hadn't
heard
anything,
per
staff
she
would
be
calling
before
lunch,
that
didn't
happen
I
called
again
around
2:30
and
then
Dr.
Hollie
called
me
at
3:00pm.
She
apologized
and
said
she
would
speak
with
staff
I
said
okay
and
continued
with
visit.
Decided
I'm
reasonable
person
and
try
to
have
patience
being
that
I
work
in
a
provider
office
as
a
manager.
Final
draw
was
today
1/20/21,
I
called
yesterday
made
a
telemedicine
appointment
for
today
at
11am.
No
one,
not
even
Dr.
Hollie
called
me
for
my
appointment.
I
called
left
a
voicemail
and
called
the
emergency
number
and
left
message
there.
I
waited
20mins,
called
the
office
because
I
was
trying
to
catch
them
before
they
closed,
still
no
answer,
so
I
sent
an
email
to
the
address
that
was
given
to
me
from
the
first
incident.
I
received
a
call
15mins
after
the
email
was
sent
by
office
staff
and
the
young
lady
said
she
got
my
message,
apologized
asked
did
I
still
want
my
visit
before
the
Dr.
Hollie
left
and
I
said
Yes.
I
told
her
that
I
use
google
duo
and
she
said
ok
she
would
get
me
on
for
the
visit.
I
asked
how
did
I
go
about
getting
my
records
released
to
me
and
she
never
responded
to
that
question,
she
just
said
for
me
to
hang
up
because
she
was
getting
ready
to
contact
me
on
duo
so
I
could
have
my
visit
with
the
provider.
I
waited
and
then
called
back
but
office
phones
were
off,
so
I
sent
an
email
and
questioning
if
they
had
forgotten
about
me
again
no
response.
Needless
to
say,
I
didn't
not
have
my
appointment.
And
the
person
for
the
emergency
line,
never
called
back.
If
this
is
how
an
office
is
ran,
then
I
feel
for
Dr.
Hollie.
I
won't
say
it's
on
her
but
her
management
and
staffing
needs
to
tighten
up
because
it's
not
good
practice.
Very
concerned
and
disappointed
