We met the best and most informative guy at the centre, if I've got his name right, he should be Nigel?! He helped us sorted out almost the whole Northern Queensland trip in 15mins, as we had no plan other than a rental car and first two night of hotels! Highly recommended to visit regional tourist information centre before commencing your trip!

Had a really good experience, the guy that served me is super nice and knows how to have a friendly chat. I got a cheese tomato toasted sandwich and a ice chocolate with was delicious

I was waiting to get into my motel and I called in to the cafe had a pie and coffee the owner Nigel was a very good person couldn't do enough for you I was there quite awhile .the next day I went back as had to wait some we're for a few hours before I caught a plane Nigel was such a caring man so if you are around that area call in and have a coffee or a cold drink.also Nigel runs a tourist business as well

A go to for a hot or cold cuppa and affordable food! Nigel is super friendly local who has a wealth of knowledge about the area. You can book a tour to the Great Barrier Reef while sippin a cold vanilla iced latte, yes please ☀️

This place is fantastic! We walked in to grab a quick coffee and something to eat before picking up a rental campervan to go traveling down the coast, and they gave us SO MANY tips of where to go and what to see in the area and beyond. This family business is exactly the kind of people we love to support and they are down right great, kind people. They love their country and giving the best recommendations. They also book tours and have plenty of info on anything you could think of.

They are very knowledgeable about everything. By talking to them for 3min it saved us so much time for planning! If you don’t know what you want to do, make sure to talk to them!

Nigel was incredibly helpful finding my family and I tickets to Kuranda the day before we wanted to go. being school holidays there was almost no availability left but. There were some options available for us booking through different tours (although was still a stretch) but found us the seven tickets we needed on the skyrail website (where he got no commission or benefits from). He helped us book online to make sure everything was correct and then even printed out our passes for us. He was so insanely polite, patient and friendly and really went above and beyond. I could not recommend him more. Next time in Cairns if we book any day trips, we will 100% be going through him and not booking online. THANKYOU! You really made our day!
