Had a great stay at top spot. The room was very tidy and great value for the price. The motel is close enough to shops/restaurants/bars etc to walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic service and the room was so clean and amazing. The only tiny downside would be that they're not very soundproof but it is a busy area. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Very friendly greeting on arrival. Perfect location. Just a couple of minutes walk to the river, shopping, and many restaurants and bars. Rooms so clean and comfortable.

Top Spot is just that - a top spot, lovely 2 bedroom apartment and great service. Only stayed one night but wish it was more. Highly recommend it.

Super convenient near shops and amenities. The staff were more than Super helpful. Room was clean and odour free. Busy due to some band playing locally. Close to CBD. Cotton Tree has the best restaurants and beaches.

Great location, easy parking, lovely staff. It was a pleasure to stay in a clean well maintained establishment so close to convinces. The Motel is an older style building and the owners keep it in fabulous condition. The aircon, modern tv and appliances made it very comfortable.

Having stayed there a few years ago decided to ring Top Spot and got a room last minute while unable to travel North due to flooding and Kerri was extremely forthcoming in accommodating us. Unfortunately she has now retired and we wish her all the best. 😊 I hope the new owners will be as friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised when we stepped in the room. It was fresh, clean and an absolute delight in comparison to the previous accommodation we had just left that we had paid almost double in comparison. We all loved staying here and wished we could have stayed here longer. Close to everything you need. Loved it and would highly recommend to others.😁

This little motel looks very modest but it is comfortable, clean, and well located. The room has everything needed for an enjoyable stay (even makeup wipes!). The communication with the Manager was super quick and easy. They were very helpful and accommodating. This is a great place for whoever needs a stay that is easy and with a good quality-price. Well done on maintaining such a place. Highly recommended!!

This is a great little motel in a great location - clean and comfirtable and quiet. What makes it extra special is the service - they really care about their guests and the service is exceptional. I travel extensively for both business and pleasure, and the service from this little small business is equal to anything I have experienced (and far exceeds quite a few). Highly recommended.
