What
started
off
as
a
pleasant
experience
was
ruined
by
rude
customer
service
&
broken
facilities.
On
the
first
night
the
air
conditioning
did
not
work
and
a
chemical
smell
was
coming
from
it.
Being
respectful
of
the
time
we
did
not
notify
reception
at
11pm
at
night.
When
we
notified
reception
in
the
morning
we
received
a
very
unaccommodating
attitude.
The
response
was
“I
have
not
been
made
aware
of
any
issues
regarding
aircon,
obviously
didn't
break
it
on
purpose.
Ring
me
when
you
get
back
to
apartment
and
we
can
discuss
issue.”
Which
the
only
solution
given
to
us
was
I’ll
refund
you
for
the
second
night
booked
and
you
can
leave
but
won’t
be
giving
you
a
refund
(for
the
first
night
we
spent
in
a
hot
room).
With
no
other
vacancies
in
peak
times
and
on
top
of
that
hard
to
find
a
minimum
1
night
stay
last
minute,
we
had
to
stay
in
a
hot
room
and
still
pay
the
full
price.
No
other
apologies
were
given.
Just
a
“that’s
unfortunate
it’s
happened
to
you”.
