Sensational Pub. Great selection of beers and drinks. Staff are awesome, esp that amazing Ugandan bargirl. ♥️ Alfresco dining at its best. Just a great place and great location. And another reason to leave Melb or Syd!!!!. ... And back again after 6 weeks away. Adam the barman is great 💪

Great food, no booking required (yay!) and probably the best prices in town. Fast food service too, which is amazing considering how many people able this place has. Many outside tables so it's not too noisy and you don't have to shout to be heard over music or sports TV broadcasts. Highly recommended.

Food isn't the best. Had the Courty Seafood Plate which was disappointing - well overcooked fish fillet and shriveled tasteless scallops, coconut prawns fried until too dark. Whole prawns, oysters, chips were good. Would order something else next time or try another place.

Seafood basket and fish tacos. Tasty food. Never seen port so busy in 20 years. So busy they had a designated cocktail guy in a Friday lunchtime 😳

A great hotel with a good atmosphere. The Court House Hotel is a relaxing place to have a drink, some food and watch the world go by. You can't beat having a drink in the outdoor dining area or deck on a beautiful sunny day. There are indoor dining options too. There is also an area upstairs that is often used for functions. Regular live music played here at night. 'The Courty' is probably the best pub in Port Douglas for food, drink and overall atmosphere. They run an efficient kitchen and we have never had a bad meal here over the years - around three decades of visiting this wonderful town. Always reliable and well worth a visit :-)

Great food, the waiters were quick and nice - and the chairs/sofas were really nice and created a great atmosphere, I would recommend visiting.

Had Dinner at this Hotel with two guests. Food was generally good except the Rump Steak I had as it was extremely Grissly and tough. The other dishes were good and equal to any other Pub. It was very busy and fairly difficult to get a Table as you need a Table before you can order your meal. This must be difficult if you decide to eat alone ??? Overall everything was OK.

Great food, venue and service. We dined in for lunch and tried the fish tacos, burger and calamari and all 3 dishes were delicious. The food came out fairly quick and the gentlemen who brought the food out was friendly and welcoming. The venue itself was quite relaxing and in a great location to sit and watch the game pass by.

A pretty good atmosphere. Music isn’t too loud and the service is good. Bathroom was clean too. But drinks were expensive. $26 for a pint of beer and a wine is just silly.

Dinner was very nice, dispite our table meals not arriving at the same time. Two had finished meals before third meal arrived. Overall good pub style food and very tasty.

Perfect place for lunch. The fish tacos and calamari salad were delicious. We shared between 3 and it was plenty.

Great place for live music. This music is usually a guy with a guitar and or keyboard. And it is usually cover songs. But it's pretty great for what it is. The live music section is outside but under cover. This is also the smoker's section. It would be awesome if the smoker's section could be a bit separated from the live music section where most folks are not smoking and just want to enjoy the music.

I walked pass on Sunday noon time, and it was packed for many people, so was looking forward to having dinner here ~ I ordered chick parmy ~ yes !! It was massive meal, Lol !! And the chips were cooked perfectly, I like it crispy ~ and yes … they were crispy :) The waiters here were quite nice, at least they cleaned the table quickly, and serve the meal with smile :) In this busy restaurant, keeping smiling with clients is difficult thing … and I saw them did well :) So pity … they sold out the barunmundi, otherwise… I want to try that :)

Breezy decks overlooking the park and live music give this place a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food was fairly mediocre. Pretty sure I received a rump when I ordered a scotch fillet, which either way at $44 was pretty tasteless, unseasoned and lukewarm. The chicken schnitzel was burnt on one corner and felt very much like it had been pre cooked and reheated in the fryer. I'd recommend coming here for a drink and enjoying the vibe, but maybe skip the food.

Stopped off for dinner, we were not disappointed. Great pub food at great prices. Chicken parmi was juicy and tasty. Salt pepper calamari was tender with a great salad, not at all heavy. Always worth the stop

Ordered the Parma and my partner ordered the fish & chips. Food was absolutely amazing the chicken had really nice crumb on it which had a nice crunch. The salad was also really nice along with the chips. Partner enjoyed her meal also & view was great as next to the ocean. Definitely would go there again.

Came for lunch and was very happy with the food and drinks. Vietnamese salad, calamari and frozen pina colada were the highlights. Staff were very lovely! We walked past last night (Friday night) and there was a live band with lots of atmosphere.

Perfectly decent fish tacos and barramundi. Side salad was fine. Prices are high for what you get. $22 strawberry daiquiri was small (served in a martini glass) for the price. Disappointed they wouldn’t let me order barramundi as the protein for their vegan bowl.

Decided to go with the schnitzel chips n salad with a side of onion rings....washed down with a Jack Daniels ..... good choice... Service was quick and friendly, bar staff, brilliant, even got a free drink as the designated driver. Live music while we ate, soft subtle acoustic. All in all, we will be back

Cannot fault this place. We arrived as a group of 6 just before 5pm (with a toddler in tow, early dinners are our thing now) and had no trouble finding a table. Drinks were easy to come by with minimal wait at the bar. Meals were delivered quickly after ordering. A great range of options. It did fill up quickly once the kitchen opened though.

Staff were friendly and the food came out quick, despite how busy it seemed. Food was good (fish and chips, bartered and grilled). Kids meals were reasonably priced, but no drink or dessert (cheap at the bar though). Our first night in Port Douglas and we were wandering around with the kids at 7pm looking for a place you didn’t need a booking. This placed seemed a little rowdy and crowded, but we were able to find quieter seats for 5 upstairs. The line for ordering food was about 10 minutes, which felt long and we were worried the food would take ages but it came out really quick. The hotel itself had a nice authentic quality and was well kept. The bar is well stocked and should cater to most tastes. Overall a nice surprise.

Half decent seafood platter with a few ginger beers while visiting Port Douglas. I’m guessing they’re struggling to find good help because the few backpackers working there didn’t seem across it all. Great location though.

Lively vibe, great food and drinks on offer and the staff although extremely busy were very friendly and helpful. Love this pub and will definitely be going back again.

A great place to hangout in the evenings, the location is awesome! We've had iced chai latte and those were delicious! The staff is friendly and attentive... Will be coming back for more!

Great food! Busy place, definitely worth it! Grabbed the Courty Seafood Plate. It was amazing. It was our last dinner in Port Douglas.

GREAT restaurant/pub/bistro with everything you need - great outdoor seating, delicious food & drinks, TVs for sports, friendly staff! Would recommend the fish & chips and fresh juice with spirits!

Not amazing food but good bang for your buck and tasty enough with reasonable prices and big meals. Super fast friendly service and nice drinks too. Kitchen is open until 9pm which is great when you are looking for dinner at 830 and everywhere else is closed
