Good little Big W. Not as big as some big city shops. Tidy and friendly centre. Plenty of parking. No problem to drive in with a trailer, but not a caravan.

Big W Atherton uses Hostile architecture - from a bird's perspective. The Noisy Minor (Manorina melanocephala) is a honeyeater. This one had unfortunately found itself on the wrong side, the inside, of the so called Anti-"bird-proof" netting. Upon looking for it two days after this photo, I found that it had passed. 😥 Thank you (Not) to Big W Atherton for enabling the early death of one of our native birds.

Has many well priced items. It's nice and clean inside and has a big car park. Staff are extremely helpfull

Giving 4 stars because of gaps in stock compared to larger BigWs. Limited range of shoe sizes. Made it difficult to even get school shoes. Nice range of items over the departments. Not much pre-teen clothing. On the plus, had the most wonderful staff help at the layby section today. Wish I'd got their names. Helped me work the Afterpay to get school shoes even when the app didn't want to work. Super appreciative. Thanks guys!!

It's always a good time, doing a Big W Time....haha. Big W Atherton is a friendly and family orientated establishment and has almost every thing you will need or want for you home, or for gifts, whatever it be. Give them a go next time you are in Atherton.

Went in to buy some wool and came out with several baby items that were on special. 😅 Good quality items that are reasonably priced (I feel that stock goes on special often enough to buy things cheaper if needed). (Wool and baby wrist rattles pictured).

It is great to have a Big W in Atherton,, because when you need something it is their for you,,, and the staff are great people because they want to help you with the thing or things you are looking for.

Staff are friendly enough and always have a smile. Range of items is limited to the size of the store. Lots of female clothes and associated goodies. Footprint in the store of what is on offer for men is a token gesture. Time for a bigger better Big W methinks 🤔

Super helpful staff. Lovely lady in the tech section help my friend and I find the right controller and tv cable. 10/10 exceptional service. I was stunned with the quality of the service the lady provided. If service is what you’re after, Big W Atherton is the place to go.

I was looking for a new release book by James Patterson and could not see it on the shelves. I asked a young man named Jimmy who was actually off duty and he asked another lovely young man and lady and they went out to their store room and searched for it for me. Thank you so much guys. Great range for a small town bigw. Staff are nowhere to be seen, or they're camouflaged or something. Managed to find what I needed but the stock level was pretty low and had to make do with substitutes. Still pretty good for a Smalltown bigw allthesame.
