Very good experience , respectful staff but the prices is a little bit high

Professional Tailors and services are excellent. I have been able to have my clothes altered to size according to my liking. Just had another Blazer altered, you cannot tell the adjustments made. I like the workmanship and neatness. The time promised for collection was precise, no extra day, done on time. Thanks Mr Tailor

The staff were kind and very helpful, they are very experienced and listen to what you exactly want. They were super patient with my demands and they made me feel comfortable. Easily recommend this place.

Whats weird is that they’re kinda demanding that u rate and give them five stars. So they get 4 stars for that kind of behaviour. IMPORTANT NOTE: the most important thing is people especially; women and girls when going there is to feeling safe and comfortable. So far i havent seen that an issue and thats a great point for Mr tailor.

Staff are skilled and friendly; place is clean. Salah was very professional and skillful; he did what we needed. Only comment is that they should be more flexible as the transparent floss i needed was not in the 5th settlement branch and they told me they cannot being it from the 1st settlement branch and they asked me either to go bring it to them; so i told them i will go to the 1st settlement branch to do it there as i will not waste my time bringing them their floss !! They were apologetic but they should have a running man to help with those stuff.

My mom had to fix her skirt urgently before an event we were going to attend the next day. They were very polite and cooperative and did it for us within the hour. We went to the New Cairo, First Settlement Branch by the Gas Station.

The greatest tailor experience I’ve ever had. So many tailors have ruined my clothes before and they fixed them. Very professional, polite, discrete staff. As a female I never felt uncomfortable regardless of how “unmodest” the piece of clothing was!!!
