Slow service Although it's suppose to serve shisha which they already have it on display but we had to wait for 45 mins to prepare it and at the end we cancelled the order.

You have to watch what you get charged for they can add extra fees for nothing, personally I got charged an extra 469.18 EP. So check your bill before paying and make sure you pay the right price showing on the menu. I have to several restaurants within Conrad, never been charged extra. It is not worth it.
