I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Their menu is huge and usually when that happens the food isn’t the best, but we were very happy with our fish skewers and steak fajitas. The view from the Nile was gorgeous. Most of the staff don’t speak great English so just be patient and they’ll bring over someone who does.

View is nice food amount is saturated but not tasty and soup was not hot. Before 5 pm it’s forbidden to be outdoors for any reason so they will bother you if you try to sit there

It's evident the wide acceptance of this cafe restaurant, and when you get to try the food and beverages It's clearly understood why. Their meals and drinks have so good taste and, when you get to be located in a closer view of the Nile river (after waiting quite long), the experience increases even more. If you don't speak arabic be sure to understand and being understood, as they have some specific guys speaking English, this way you avoid misunderstandings. One of the best you get at this place is the kindness of the guy welcoming the guests at the entrance, always with a nice smile, since then you feel things will go great. Just to have it in mind, it's not a latin stuff related place.

We attended at around 5 pm. We ordered 2 dishes, and were planning for dessert and then to continue our night elsewhere. The order arrived over an hr later, the steak was cooked very tough and sliced very thinly and flat (i had asked for it to be medium to well juicy), the steak was served on a bed of pasta, which was tasteless. The other dish was lacking in flavour. We also asked for fries for my child, proportion wise i was surprised, i am used to it being served in an abundant quantity this was some fries in a large plate, it was also under cooked and lacking in seasoning. We asked for the steak dish to be rectified, it was but delayed us a further 30 minutes, however the pasta was still pretty basic. I had my child with me, and he was starting to get impatient. We ended up deciding to leave without dessert. There were a few patrons lining up at the upper deck waiting on a table. But to be honest from my experience I don't recommend it. The only advantage was sitting by the water, but I can cook a pretty good steak at home. To be fare I am not a local, I usually stick with traditional food when am in Egypt, this might just be the case across various restaurants, and it could very well be their honest skill set in cooking dishes that aren't necessarily egyptian in nature

I ordered the pistachio shrimp pasta, and it was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The presentation of the food was visually appealing, and the portion sizes were generous. Chicken biryani was really good. Chicken tikka was ok. Overall, the restaurant provided a satisfying dining experience with good quality food, reasonable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was really slow even though we visited at off peak times.

If you're a nile view fan then Latino will be your favorite place. Quiet honestly i couldn't find it impressive at all. They sell you the view. Overpriced and very less-than-normal food and slow service. It was an ok place I visit it when I have no other option. But honestly it's not my first choice.

We waited a long time to get the menus and to get our orders taken, and to get seated in a decent spot by the Nile, we never got that until we had to ask several times to be seated outsidein the scorching sun. I get the idea that busy places are lagging sometimes with service, but the service here was kinda less than average. This place will be good if you just need a place close to the Nile and you want Shisha, but don't expect more.
