This hotel is definitely NOT a five star hotel. The hotel itself was dirty, insects on the floor while I was trying to pray. I was afraid to even touch the floor after that so I prayed on the “cleanest”, wasn’t so clean either.. the bed. In fact, whenever I was walking on my room’s floor, I made sure I wore my slippers because I was afraid of the dirt underneath. My family and I went to the manager about this experience, while he was drinking tea with a cigarette on the other hand, he refused to talk to us. Horrible management. The catering is very low quality and the hotel does not look like how this hotel shows it to look. The cleaning staff are really nice, and they tried their best of their ability to assist us. However, we can tell that management treats them horribly. I will never be coming back, this hotel is overrated. If you’re a tourist trying to find a good hotel, do not come here if you don’t want a weird smelling, dirty and unprofessional managing hotel. Please listen to these one star reviews, they are telling the truth.

This Hotel is like a prison it’s not a five star hotel it’s a prison hotel. The staff is rude, everything is overpriced and if you buy a drink outside the hotel but want to drink it in the cafe area, you need to pay a fee. All the double rooms are with a bad view, only VIP and high end rooms have a good view. The building is outdated and the hotel doesn’t feel like a five star one. It feels like you’re in a prison and I felt discriminated as I entered the hotel with my cousin who had dropped off some of my bags and we were stopped several times by the security staff and hotel staff for no reason. This Hotel has ruined our New Year’s Eve and it is just the worst.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel , it was one of my worst experience ever. The bed sheet , Pillow, cover and towels were very dirty and stained. The room’s main door wouldn’t close properly and the lock took a lot of effort to lock. The Hallway and the room were very dirty. I think it is not more than 3 stars hotel and I don’t know why it is mentioned 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and nice especially Chawky, Mirna and Maria. I will never rebook in this hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone .

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. Very dirty hotel..extremely horrible. Although the location and food were good. We wanted to check in at 2 pm, but the receptionist said the room was not ready. We went out and came back 4 hours later and he said the room was ready!!! We checked in into the filthiest room you can ever imagine. The hair and dirt was all over bed sheets and the floor. The bathrooms were so nasty. I had to spend one extra hour watching them clean the room as i could not trust them at all. I dont recommend it for anyone as many horrible diseases can transmit through dirty beds and bathrooms.

Currently staying here and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are dusty, beds and couches stained and the showers flood each time they are used. My husband got stuck in the elevator and the aircons do not work. Best part is when I place this review, I’m pretty sure a standard response from the hotel will come through. The same one they give to every person on here stating how awful it is so instead of the predictable response we are all getting, how about actively working on doing something about it!!

Really disappointed. Hotel is fine but service is really low quality. People in the reception are disrespectful, specially with western women, they even laugh at our face when we asked for the cleaning of the room, long story short we were fighting for 4 hours to get someone to clean the dead insects on the floor and the coffee stains at the check in time. Not worthy to spend your money and time in this place.

Our overall experience was fine, it’s not 5 star at all. The reception area of the hotel is beautiful and grand however the rooms are very small and need a bit of maintenance. Our bathroom toilet kept leaking resulting in the floor always being wet and slippery. When we made on online booking directly with the hotel, we requested a double room but for there to be one bed and not 2 single. On arrival, they could not accommodate this. The bed linen and towels were also not washed very well, many with stains on them. The gym needs to be renovated, the equipment is old and the building looks like it is falling apart! Overall, it a nice hotel if you just need a place to sleep after touring each day. If you are looking for more of a resort feel where you can relax by the pool overlooking a good view, have a lovely sauna, gym session, have a drink with a view, then this is NOT the place at all.

Very suitable accommodation for a big family, great food and very friendly experienced staff in the restaurant and on the pool , the receptionists needs much more training ( they don’t have the concept of hospitality!!) . The suite looks good with 2 rooms, 2 toilets and a good spaced reception and TV in each room BUT almost everything needed maintenance, the toilets, the drawers doors, the extra bed matrice was dirty, the electricity plugs. But I can see that the management are willing to change that as during our stay they started renovating the first floor completely, maybe next year the whole place will be renovated. They have ATM in the reception which I think is a plus, they have a good transportation network if you need to go anywhere in Cairo or Giza.

The room was mediocrely good. However, their housekeeping service is really terrible. We’ve requested many basic supplies to the room like tissues and slippers and they never delivered. 5 days stay and not even delivered ONCE! We’ve put a sign for cleaning the room and the housekeeper ignored it and she was very rude when we talked to her and never came back to clean the room. Swimming pool is not that great too. Breakfast is not worth it to be added to the room. The main advantage we got was the location of the hotel with acceptable room comfort.

What a nightmare, Firstly the hotel should not be a 5 star hotel I have stayed in comfort inns with nicer rooms, they are dirty, old and not everything works. Secondly the staff is extremely rude and trying to change anything is a lesion in frustration also you have to ask 2-3 times as they won’t do it on the first try. Overall not a great experience and not how you want to experience Egypt, the only positive is the location is safe and near the Nile but there is plenty of other hotels that share that perk, go check them out.

This is at best a 4 star, ideally 3 star. We stayed there for 3 nights. For the first 2 nights, it was in an ancient block. Bathroom tub had peeled off floors. You would have power outages in the night and had just air coming out of the bathroom pipes in the morning. On creating a ruckus with our travel operator who booked us the rooms here, we were “upgraded” to a deluxe room in the new block. It was super new. Clean. Good fittings. But very very small. Barely could move around. Location is good. Personnel are good. Breakfast spread was excellent. But if you are expecting 5 star amenities in this 5 star hotel, please look elsewhere

Large rooms & beds are comfortable. Great water pressure & shower heads. Our bathroom had some caulking issues around the shower causing puddles on the floor. Hotel in a SAFE location, just not much to do around hotel without walking too far. Hotel Restaurant were excellent 👌. All workers were very pleasant & kind.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could, beyond disappointed with my stay at this hotel. This hotel is classified as a 5-star hotel and as a frequent hotel guest here , I would say the board needs to highly reconsider this rating and change it into a 3-star hotel. The staff and service here is EXTREMELY terrible especially the reception desk staff. They are always rude and seem fed up with their job before even starting any interaction with the guests. Just a future heads up- regardless of your question to the reception their first answer will always be "no". My family and I usually stay at this hotel a couple of times a year, and every time we go to check in they claim we either do not have a reservation or we have not paid yet which is always not the case for either claims. Lastly, from experience usually 5-star hotels have wifi in the rooms right? Yeah, not the case. You will have great wifi in the reception but not in the room. I barely had one bar and it kept disconnecting every three seconds. I called the reception (mistake #1- calling) and asked for a login and password since the "free wifi" was not working and he gave me a login and password that did not work (mistake #2- trusting the reception). IN CONCLUSION, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

There is no way that this is a five star hotel. I’ve stayed here twice. The first time in 2015 it was okay. Since then, they’ve tried to make some upgrades, but it’s really hit or miss. The second time my stay was split in two. I spent a week here, then a week at a resort in Sharm and then returned here to be in Cairo. The first week, we had a newly renovated room. Clean sheets, clean bed and linens and the staff were extremely nice. The second week, they moved us to an old part of the hotel. Disgusting. I’m traveling with my children and they were completely disgusted. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, asked for clean towels and got more dirty towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom. We booked a suite, but they didn’t have it, so they gave us two rooms that connect, except the rooms hadn’t been opened in years. They had to call the maintenance guy to come remove screws from the door with a drill as that was the only way to unlock it. What five star hotel does that?

If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, then the Pyramisa is the perfect place for you. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant decor and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, Clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, Clean and the linens are top-notch. The bathrooms are spotless and well-stocked with toiletries. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, from casual to fine dining. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff is attentive and accommodating to all guests' needs. The hotel also has a great fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, as well as an outdoor pool for those hot summer days. Overall, my stay at pyramisa hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the friendly staff specially Mr Ibrahim to the luxurious amenities, Clean room, bathroom also this hotel is sure to please even the most discerning traveler. Highly recommended!

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon entering my room, I immediately smelt a rotting odor, which I thought would go away but it did not. It didn’t stop there, the toilets had urine on the seats, the shower and sink were both clogged, the rug in the room was soaking wet, and there was something slippery all over the bathroom floor that I almost tripped several times. I think the worst part was that the bedding didn’t seem fresh either. I found long hair on the pillows and a green stain on the sheets. There was water in the kettle from the previous guest. I went to the from to request a different room but no one staff was at the desk. For $200 a night, I was expecting the room to at least be clean, which is a basic necessity.

We loved our stay in Egypt. The people are incredible, the hotel staff are fabulous and the tour guides they arranged for us were great. We did the Nile cruise, the Pyramids and the museum & mall - all were outstanding. The hotel room is massive, tradition decor which added to the vibe, could do with a better clean, but it didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. The pool was fab, massage amazing, best we've ever had, and I even had a hair cut, which was great. The location of the hotel is ideal. Overall our stay was great & I'd recommend it.

5 star??? Smoking is aloud everywhere even our room stunk of smoke as the adjoining was occupied by a smoker and sleeping and smelling fresh cigarette smoke isnt pleasant at all. The lobby, bar and reception within the building there wasn't escaping it either, come on this is 2022 at least give us a none smoking area! Apologies to the staff for the 1star as everyone was friendly and willing to help. I could go on and on, but this hasn't been a 5 star Hotel Im sure for many years.. decor, bathroom equipment, electrical safety, bar selection was nonexistent all sub standard... and very surprised @Saga for their choice

I checked in at the hotel for one night and I can say that I liked my experience there. Considering the available options, you get what you pay for. A really great location in the midst of many tourist attractions. With many shops, restaurants and cafes around the corner. Had a pleasant experience with the staff at the hotel. I asked to be shown the room that I would be staying at before booking. Although the request wasn't immediately met, i was shown around by a welcoming young lady. So that is a plus. Both the check-in and check-out for me personally were smooth and didn't face any problems. The room, which was on the seventh floor, was really clean. Had all the necessities that I needed for a one night stay. However, I don't think that it actually had what a 5-stars hotel room would have. Nonetheless, I was satisfied because I was really just looking for a clean room. The level's corridor carpet could have used some cleaning perhaps. I tried ordering some food to my room. Took a bit too long for a simple order in mu opinion. The soup was really great. The spaghetti was a little bit cold but tasted good. Didn't stick around for breakfast because I had a plane to catch. A good experience overall with helpful staff (but please be polite in order to receive good treatment because the staff are humans afterall). Great location. Good cleanliness. Good price generally (use any online booking app if you will because you might get a better price on there if you're a member). However, could use more elegant touches to really earn that 5 stars rating.

The dining service was the only one that was poor. I cannot believe this “whiter Egyptian” looking man saw me sitting for 15-20 minutes as a woman and not asked me what I want or how can I serve you. And he only walked up to the white fat guy sitting down to cater to him. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOW CLASS HOTEL. Next time j am going to Aswan or Luxor with more rich people and better service. VERY POOR VERY POOR DINING SERVICE. Then the white Egyptian man had the nerve to say “I was shy” that’s why I didn’t get my service ?!?!? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU CALL THIS A 5 STAR RESORT?!? I’VE BEEN TO BETTER 5 STAR RESORTS WITH BETTER SERVICES AND THIS ONE IS NOT IT.

Overall ambience, facilities and room found good. A few critical improvement areas 1. Maintenance of the Room particularly the Toilet facilities need significant improvement. Found many previous reviews pointing same thing. Though the management said they would improve, but no action was taken. Do you take the review comments seriously? 2, Better customer focus. needed. Since I had to catch early morning flight, you gave packed breakfast. It was simply horrible. It could have been much better with little application of mind 3. Since you deal with international guests, your staff need to be little better in English

The place was huge with a swimming pool and spa. I liked the interior of our rooms. Didn't like the bathroom though. They should have a bathtub. The staff was friendly and attentive. They just lacked vegetarian items in their menu and didn't allow outside food so we felt restricted. I liked the breakfast buffet in the morning. Huge variety and lots of options for vegetarians. The view was good from our room. Will definitely visit again.

Good location close to the Nile bridge and riverside cafés. Room on top 11th floor was big and luxurious. Cleanliness in the room and corridors was OK, could be better. Nice breakfast, good food in the restaurant. It was a little cold in Cairo in February and the room had no heating. Room temperature of 20 degrees was a little low for us, 21 and up would be better.

  • 4/5 MsRoBass 7 months ago on Google
One of the better hotels for a fair price. The restaurant is nice but quality significant lower than the proposed standard. Please upgrade! Internet is not stable, but water is safe and clean and fresh fruits and sweets are part of the service. It works, especially because of near distances to the river Nile and nice fish restaurants on floating pontoons.

My stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel in Cairo, Egypt was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel's location near iconic landmarks such as the Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum made it an ideal choice for exploring the city's rich history. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The dining experience was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's amenities, including a fitness center and swimming pool, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend Pyramisa Suites Hotel to anyone visiting Cairo, as it truly exceeded my expectations and made my trip memorable.

Free Mix restaurant was great! Ahmed was our server several times and was awesome! The food was great for our family of 9 - regional food plus burgers, pizzas, etc. Great place!!

In Free Mix Restaurant, food and service is very good, just a little bit slow, but it is worth it. We ordered Spaghetti bolognese, fettuccine Alfredo, tuna salad, and pizza fungi and everything was very tasty. We also loved people who are working here. Everybody is very nice and helpful. We recommend this place!

Honestly! The only good thing is the location. The customer service is the worst! I genuinely believe and advise you choose other places than Pyramisa Suites in Cairo. It will taint your whole experience of Cairo and Egypt. The gentleman upgraded us to a bigger room - LOL! It was two single beds - none of us booked that.

We had Plab1 exam at the Pyramisa Hotel.. Advantages: Clean and nice interior design. Disadvantages: -The Hotel staff was not welcoming at all. -There was almost no place to wait or sir for 3 hours ( It was said that we should enter the halls at 10pm but we entered at 11:30) Meanwhile, we were approached by the staff and they asked us to order some drinks since we are sitting (as if we didn’t pay for the halls). -Water bottles and pencils were not provided(Although the British Council staff were very professional). -I was asked by the BC staff to print out a confirmation paper from the reception desk.. The guy there was not helpful neither professional. He told me that the paper is only for in-guests use and that “there is a nearby shop by the end of the street that can help you”.

Good location near to the Dokki Metro and Cairo tower. (Although walking around is a bit of a nightmare trying to cross the roads!) The hotel lobby is friendly and lively. There is a grand sweeping staircase, chandeliers and beautiful stained glass. Bar (served alcohol)cafe - with freshly made food and pizza oven which was good value, shops and pharmacy.

The hotel is very elegant and very impressive. The first is very clean. The smell everywhere is very beautiful. The reception is very friendly. Very clean. The bathrooms are very clean. The food is very delicious. The location of the hotel is in the center of the country. I advise all my colleagues and all my families to this distinguished hotel. I repeat this visit continuously. The hotel is very impressive. I wish you more progress. And keep it up, thanks for the nice hosting

The room smelt like a dirty toilet. Disgusting. Despite the hotel being aware of this they just made false promises to fix it. AC was so noisy and uncontrollable it was hard to get any sleep. Fridge in the room had a glass door and a light that can’t be switched off. The tea/coffee making set up in the room had no power point anywhere near it. Breakfast was quite bad. The internet was completely useless when not in the lobby and even then it disconnected for most of the day. The “guest relations” person just talked over me and didn’t listen. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

Be careful when booking this hotel because once I booked my room they withdrew money from my account and then also charged me in full when I arrived for my trip. I was then told that the deposit they withdrew would be transferred back to me after 15-21 days. After more than 40 days, they have still not returned my money and it's impossible to get hold of anyone who can help.

  • 4/5 Jane M. 1 year ago on Google
The staff are very attentive and helpful. A lot of choices at breakfast and the food is very good. The room was a little bit dated. We were also at the back of the hotel with no windows or no views, struggled to open the curtains to get the natural lights in the room. I'm sure the rooms at the front of the hotel would have a wonderful views. I know it's a norm in Egypt that 90% of the population smokes but It would be nice also that they'll have a designated area in the hotel for smoking.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in! I will start with the latest thing happened with us during our stay because it is the weirdest and most unprofessional! On the day of the check out I got a call from one of the customer service staff her name is SEHAM to ask if everything is okay and I said yeah! Then we went down to the reception to check out she asked my husband to hand her his phone to see something in Booking application, he gave her the phone and she rated our stay for us!!! On our behalf without even asking for our permission, while she’s holding the phone I asked her what are you doing in the application and she said nothing mam! And then she opened the whatsapp so that we send her a message and save her number, I took the phone from her and opened Booking application to see what she was doing and it gave me a message that ‘thank you for sharing your review’!! That was very shocking and disappointing for us, I told her did you submit a review on our behalf without even telling us what you are doing and when I asked you, you said you were doing nothing and lied about submitting a review that we didn’t allow you to do! She said I asked you over the phone how was your stay and you said okay!!! She is so unprofessional and unethical. That explains all the top rating in Booking application since the hotel standard is less than average by all means and the good rating is because the reception staff filling it themselves on behalf of the guest without even letting them know! It took them around 30 minutes to check us in in our room! They offered a complementary drink though, however I wanted to be checked in faster as I have a baby who needed to be fed and put to sleep after a long journey. We arrived the hotel at 6:30 pm, until 9 pm we didn’t have internet access although we requested for it multiple times and then they sent the IT to our room who gave us a passcode and password for the internet which didn’t work either so if you’re depending on the hotel internet for your work, Don’t! Linens which supposed to be white, are almost gray from dirt with yellow and dark spots! Photos attached Once I entered the room, the linens had hair! And the toilet was dirty I immediately requested the house keeping who came and changed the sheets with still stained sheets! But the house keepers were helpful Room is relatively small although we were told that we’re upgraded to the premium room! Not sure how the regular room would look like Zero view, the room has old dirty buildings’ roofs view and it is giving negative energy whenever you look from the window Our booking included breakfast, the food was average but the restaurant is very smelly because of the burned oil coming from the egg station We ordered breakfast to our room at the last day of our stay because I had a meeting and didn’t have time to go to the restaurant. We ordered breakfast for two but they sent cutlries for one person only and had to call them and request for another fork! Also, they force guests to pay 25 EGP to deliver the breakfast to their rooms and they force you to pay them on spot and not added to the room account, the same happened when we ordered dinner on our first night over there Also, during the check out we had balance that should be paid for us but they didn’t pay it and they didn’t even mention it Sandy at the reception was kind and helpful

After a long trip all you want to do is shower and sleep but once we arrived to our vip suite we couldn’t due to the suites lack of cleanliness. Hair on the beds and in the bathroom, dust in the closets and tables and unclogged sinks and water running from the bidet. Also among arrival we switched rooms and even tho we had already paid a decent amount of money, they refused to give us our new room because we had to pay the difference, knowing the credit card had a spending limit and the managers in charge that day(26/8/2023) were unhelpful and did not try to meet our needs (Ahmed and Mohamed). A week after the manager in charge, Azza came to our room and met our every need, she was incredibly kind even though we only had 2 days left and they should have met our inconvenience earlier.

Overall, not bad but does not seem to be a five-star hotel at all. I would have even given it 3 stars. What is good about it is the central, convenient location and the friendly staff. Food is unexpectedly good in terms of both taste and quality. Two small swimming pools. Room views are mostly on other buildings or even back side of buildings, nothing would make you open the curtains. My room was poorly maintained

Its not like a five star hotel, you can say its 2 star maximum. House keeper are poor experience Many item you require and it takes too long to bring Every body ask for extra money. After we finish our visit they ask for your mobile and they rate on booking as a five star, few second after you submit your comments as they requested, they will deal with you very bad For check in they take 3 to 4 hrs to give us rooms, for check out they will start calling you at 10 a.m I dont recommend the hotel at all

I had a wonderful stay at Pyramisa. The place definitely exceeded my expectations. When i first arrived I was not happy with my room as it was on the 2nd floor with a view of the pool, and I wanted a quitter place. I asked at the front desk if it would be possible to exchange the room and Mr. Hany and the reception desk was very understanding and friendly. He helped me to switch rooms and made my stay more comfortable. I decided to extend my stay an additional week because I was very happy with the breakfast, the pool, the gym, and the overall services provided at the hotel. I was able to get assistance from Mr. Hany with confirming my extension. He was very patient and helpful and was able to ensure that my extension was done correctly. I really have to thank him for going over and beyond. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

Very good experience, we stayed 3 nights with half board plan in premium room. Food is great, staffs are great, also they help me to do PCR test and collect the sample from room as well as give me report on time it's really saves lots of time before international departure. hotel situated in prime location with accessable to any nearby area by UBER. Food quality is really awesome, my and my family loves it. Although they should need to be more cleaning up in the food halls. Floors and seats are dirty... Overall experience is very good. In context to money vs service then I give 2 thumbs up for them...

I came here alone and they made me feel like a queen. All the personal is very kind and helpful, the food is just delicious and my room was perfect (perfect temperature, perfectly aislated and super clean). The hotel is situated in a very good place, which I will definitely recommend. But specially my dear Khouloud, she took so much care of myself, making all types of figures with towels and helping me with whatever I needed. She is definitely the best. Thank you Pyramisa for everything, you made my experience in Cairo much better!

I really enjoyed the time there. The staff is great, the food is amazing. There are two pools in the hotel, with a SPA were you can relax. The location of the hotel is great, and offers astonishing views over the Nile River. Thanks for the professional service and good vibes!

All the service provided to us from the first day of our stay was very good. Even the food we had in your restaurant was Nice. Especially the house keeping by Mohamed Ataiya was good and neat. Every day we could see on our bed new designs (structures)made with towels and pillows which was really beautiful. Hope this type of services will be provided in future

The hotel is wonderful and beautiful, clean and elegant, and full of a lot of pleasure and fun. The rooms were amazingly arranged and very clean. Even the bed linens were soft and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful and worth the experience.

Good accommodation definitely not a 5 Stars. Old is gold Restaurant and cafe are fine. Small swimming pool. “ البيت بيتك“ ‏there are many better options. Staff all are the best. Welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping “ Samah” she is the lovely and friendly person. Prices are expensive. Located in gov areas. WiFi in the room could be better.

Gym hours are incorrect. It closes at 6PM though it is marked EVERYWHERE 10pm. Someone came to my room to disturb me for no reason even after having put on the DO NOT DISTURB indicator. They take the bed choice as a request and give you a non-refundable booking so that if they only have 2 twin beds that is what you get and no chance of refund. Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. More like 3. Nice downstairs with resto and all but not impressed. Additionally, we had to change our room at 4am due to the noise on the floor beneath us that didn’t allow us to sleep. The room they put us in, though quiet, had water all over the bathroom floor, someone came at 5am to knock on the door (because we put “do not disturb”…), the bath tub in the shower did not drain and there were 2 single beds instead of one big bed as reserved. We didn’t have the energy to go down stairs AGAIN to have the room changed. But WAY over priced for the rooms.

The room we booked was a suite. The room was very dirty, hair on the bed and on the floor, dust, dirt in the bathroom, like it had never been cleaned. After we talked to them the moved us to another room and the second one was in the same dirt. It was disgusting. We told them that we need refund or them to book for us another hotel. They told us that the only thing they can do is to clean better the suite. You should never choose this hotel for your stay. We booked straight away to a new hotel and paid so much money because of them. If it was possible I would press no star for that hotel!

Lovely hotel. A little far from the main Nile Bridge....about a 10 min walk which we enjoyed taking at night. Very friendly staff. The reception, entertainment and food areas were amazing! Our room was a little older than others but it was still comfortable. Food places were in walking distance.

hotel location is fantastic. front desk very good and friendly. breakfast buffet is very good. Dinner will be better if you could at least provide plain water. we have to bring our own drinking water to dinner.

We had a very good experience. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and presentation was excellent. Mr Ahmed, the manager deserves special mention. He was most humble, polite and courteous and always served us with a smile. Because of him, we visited the free mix restaurant thrice during our stay

Simply one of the worst hotels. I am not sure how they got 5 stars but they dont even deserve one. Firstly, the furniture is old, stained and not cleaned (probably since they opened the hotel) Secondly, the floor has crumps all over it since i checked in. It has disgusting stains. Thirdly , the toilet was not clean. The cleaning service would not do anything to clean the sink or toilet. The towels when i first checked in was two big ones and 2 small. They only replaced one. The fridge was not working and smelled disgusting. Also, what hotel doesn’t have sockets next to the bed? Also just barely any sockets? Dont be fooled by the pictures on the website. Trust a local there is way better options out there. When checking out the luggage man was rude and just wanted some cash as tips. I waited 40 minutes for him to come upstairs to take my bags. Do not stay here if you care about hygiene and good service and comfortable stay.

Great service by cleaner Halima she gave us missing towels , made beds so perfectly and replenish towels, put table cloth which no one else did. Felt us special. Also put fruit plate . Superb service by her and your hotel should be proud to have a service agent like her. Overall very satisfied . Keep up great work halima. You are the best in your trade.

Very friendly people and a nice cozy atmosphere to have breakfast. We did not miss it a single morning. The buffet is great but needs more vegan options. Easy win would be to add alternative milk and cheese options.. The chef making the omelettes is great and contributes a lot to the professional vibe of the stuff but free access to pre cooked eggs would also be great.

Today we had a really good experience, nice tasting food, beautiful desserts. The grilled meat is amazing, delicious charcoal flavor. The curry chicken is tasty and not spicy. Ahmed, who seem to be manager, was very attentive and recommended delicious plates. Thank you! Will be coming back .

Definitely not a 5 stars Hotel. Location is good, staff were friendly and helpful. But the rooms are not good. The bathroom floor was flooded every time we showered. Housekeeping did not mop the floor at all, it was very dusty. Ongoing construction at the hotel, starts exactly at 9am so it was quiet noisy as well. Breakfast was good, room service also good. Overall ok but could be better.

The place is elegant and beautiful. My stay in the hotel was one of the most enjoyable periods that I went through in my life. The hotel was clean and of a high standard. It was very tidy and very imaginative. It was full of entertainment and many interesting things. It was very clean, passed and shiny.

Decent hotel.. but the buffet was below mediocre. In Luxor, the hotel’s buffet was low variety, most of the food was bland. and some of the pastries weren’t cooked properly or just stale. Aswan’s hotel buffet was a little better but still bad. the food was bland. more variety but some wasn’t cooked properly. the chef at the egg station always undercooked the eggs and didn’t bother to put any effort into it. He could NOT flip it, let alone even cook it. The only good food item was mediocre pasta. Aside from the bad food, My mother had a terrible experience with the bathrooms. She reported that the bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper, and not even a lock on the bathroom stall! My aunt reported that in level P women’s bathroom, is a MALE adult that tries to clean the stalls while the LADIES ARE STILL INSIDE

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ! Toilets are super dirty! A man is expected to be outside the stall .. and the management sees nothing wrong with that! Rooms are terrible and the open buffet has no choices and the food was not good. Will never repeat that experience again both in Aswan and Luxor. Do not recommend.
