🫤 I wish there was a sign outside so I can find it. I requested a room with a balcony but the room I got doesn't even has a window. It wasn't what I expected for the price I paid ! People often mention hotel, room, location, Cairo, staff, stay, good, friendly, helpful, recommend,

I'm writing this review to details my 1 week stay in this hotel. I booked the biggest room with a balcony. Location : 5/5, the hotel sits right in the middle of cairo in a very strategic location. You can find supermarket, metro stations, electronics stores, and many local restaurants nearby. You wouldn't need a cab or a car to discover the area around you. Just know that it's a very lively area, so if you're not into that you might want to consider another place. I personally prefer it since you can't be a victim of theft when there is a lot of people around you. Comfort: 4/5 The beds and bed sheets are very comfortable and I didn't find any difficulty sleeping on them. The only problem was the noise outside, since the balcony isn't sound proof. Just sleep early at night and it wouldn't be a problem. Service and staff : 5/5 The hotel is basically one floor, so the reception is directly outside your door. You can ask them whatever you want and they would make their best to serve you as quick as possible. They're all friendly and helpful,i didn't face any problem with their attitude. The receptionist murein in particular is a sweetheart, and would help you even with your concerns outside the hotel premises, such as places to visit and hints about how to wander through the city. They also offer complimentary breakfast depending on the bundle you purchased. Just remember to purchase a SIM card with Internet for your stay, since you really need it outside the hotel. You will also need it if the wifi in the hotel is being a bit sluggish (which happens a lot ;p) Price and value for money: This hotel is perfect for people who are traveling on a budget, but want a safe place to stay and enjoy their time. The money you will save by choosing this place can be spent on discovering the whole city. Overall I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here the next time I visit cairo.

It's one of the best hotels by far. Abdul Rahman was very helpful, he booked me a dentist appointment, he helped me to book a bus ticket also he helped me with a few other things. The rooms were clean, they provided free toiletries, towel and there was fridge in the room in case if you wanted to keep something. Overall my stay was super good. Thank you Ibrahim and everyone.

The location is good, the staff is good, unfortunately the room I booked was changed, it was a bitter experience, I could not sleep that night due to the bad smell even though I was tired, all the amenities in the room were old and worn out, the fridge turned yellow Inside due to a lot of dirt, the window switch is broken, you have to use pieces of paper to close it, the bathroom floor is full of water because the water is flowing against the water hole 😄, I do not recommend it

We stayed here for three days, the bathroom was leaking and damp, the room had a strong musty smell, hair and black dirt were on the pillow, the room was very noisy, the front desk of the hotel was still chatting loudly at 2 o'clock in the evening, asking about luggage storage We asked for 150 Egyptian pounds which was very unreasonable and we felt it was the hotel staff's own initiative

I stayed in Cairo Heart Hotel for 2 nights and I really loved my stay there. 1. Location : 5/5 Museum, Metro, Bus stop everything is just few mint away. You can easily travel trough public transport. Shopping mall, small electrial shops, restaurants, gift shop everything is nearby. 2. Room: 5/5 Room was really big for 2 people. 4 people can accommodate in that room. Rooms are clean. 3. Service: 5/5 Reception people are really humble and always try to help you out for anything. Omar and the other lady were really helpful during our stay. They are really professional. Even the housekeeping lady was realy polite and nice. She always wears smile on her face. Note: GPS location for the hotel is not exactly correct. Its building no 17. Theres a bucher shop in ground floor of the building. Cairo Heart Hotel is in 8th Floor. Please note that all building in this area is OLD. Even Cairo Heart Hotel but interior is morden with all morden aminities. All the Best Cairo Heart Hotel.

New Cairo heart hotel have a passionet team who facilitate your stay beyond your expectations. Good location and clean and the most smiling breakfast server woman I have met. If you chose this hotel you do not regret at all only be aware that it is placed at some floors of a building without a clear signal. Thanks team! We will come back on our next trip to Cairo.

I slept here for a few days at this place, during my Cairo visit. Ahmed and Khaled were really friendly and helpful, they offered tea and handful tips all the time. The thing is this is not a 5 star hotel, however, for the price this is a reasonable place. I really liked the staff, the AC was good, and it's in the middle of Cairo so you don't have to go far. The only downsides as are the internet and noise. As usual in Egypt, internet is very inefficient and not to the standards of many European or North American standards, but it works. The noise disturbance can be a bit much in the morning, but by the late night, it's pretty quiet (definitely bring a pair of earplugs as one person suggested if you have a problem with noise).

Had a great experience. In a busy area but that made it even better because we were able to walk out the door and have everything we needed very close to the hotel. The owner was a great guy and treated us with alot of respect. It had everything we needed and they were always willing to help. Great for true travelers.

We slept 4 days at this place, during our Cairo visit. Ahmed and Sahad were really friendly and helpful, they offered tea and handful tips all the time. Only downside was the extreme noise disturbance made by cars. Definitely bring a pair of earplugs

Very good place, air conditioning + very strategic location in downtown, metro station not far + good price. I’ve rented a single bedroom (watch video) for 31 days and i loved it. The staff was nice and hospitable (Bola whom i met on my first day but Michael was the best ). If you can ignore the fact that Cairo itself is noisy specially downtown you will be alright. I recommend it. Here’s my rating. Rooms 4 service 4 and location i give it 3 due to car noises in major street.

stayed there for 10 days, it was okay i guess? i got a load of bites from flies i presume but i always expected that apart from that beds were fine the bathroom and shower is old fashioned but it does its job. the staff were nice and respectful I didn't use the breakfast service so i wouldn't know if its good or not. The Wi-Fi is very very inconsistent and was very frustrating at times but we were out enough of the time so it wasent a major issue. The location was very good although you wouldn't know if its a hotel but theres a elevetor and it goes to the eight floor. the interior looks adequate. Id recommend this hotel if your on a budget but if you got money to burn try find somewhere more comfy but the hotel does its job at the very least.
