Best pizza in town, if you like the thin crust pizza, and very yummi tasty .. Cozy restaurant but you don’t feel uncomfortable their is lots of mirrors.. So friendly staff, all of them really nice and helpful their smile in their face always :) and also their service was fast.. We tried the Monaco pizza, was super perfect 👌🏼 🤩, Greek salad was good the vegetables was sliced not cut, the Malfatti pasta was good, very cheesy and tasty too, didn’t like the cheese garlic bread too much. Really enjoyed 🙏🏼 I think perfect time to go at day light, coz you can see the street and sun get into the restaurant in good way, not to be crowded too.

Although different from any other Pizza, Maison Thomas' pizza is suuuuper tasty and unique! Enjoying their hotdog pizza has been a yearly habit for me. The staff is VERY friendly and the atmosphere of the place is just iconic!

Last time there my order took about 45 mins to get cooked, and the food wasn't worth the wait. Very unusual for the place to be honest. My friend ordered the spinach lasagna and it was very delicious. The veal escalope is delicious and the margarita pizza is SO good. The interior is so classic and the staff is helpful. Came twice and had to book the first time since it was packed and we couldn’t get in.

I tried their Thomas salad and Large pizza half cheese and half bastrmi. The pizza was as good as it gets but I didn't like the salad which is a mix of fruits (pineapple, orange & banana) and cubes of cheese and chicken. The most annoying thing for me is the bad ventilation which makes me and my clothes smell like food the rest of the day.

The fettuccine with Batarehk is a must try if you love Italian Bottarga. It’s actually less fishy than Bottarga and apparently the Egyptians invented it and the Italians adjusted to their taste. I didn’t give the 5 stars here as I think the seating should have been in proper tables and not on the heigh coffee tables they have in the room.

The pizza is basically a flat bread with absolutely no taste. We tried both fungi and pepperoni and both tasted extremely bland and boring. Maison thomas needs to step up his game as there are much much better alternatives now in Cairo.

No other pizzeria can compete with the history of this place. The cheese is the freshest, the dough is done right. I travel all over the world and the quality in this place is one of the best in have experienced worldwide.
