This restaurant has the best Italian pizza I have ever eaten. I can confidently say that this is the best authentic Italian cuisine restaurant in Egypt. The restaurant serves olive oil instead of ketchup with pizza which is how Italians do it. The crust, the dough, the topping and the serving plates are all very Italian-like. Even the vibes of the place and the music can make you feel you're in Italy. The place is so suitable for romantic casual dates for those couples looking for quietness and coziness.

I tried many pizza restaurants but this has different taste and quality, and even their service was much friendly and warm welcome. We tried three different pizzas with red sauce pasta but their pasta was very simple. They have an amazing atmosphere with elegant decoration. Outdoor is very choice with fresh air.

I'm giving 4 stars just for the taste of the food, it's not bad at all, it's good, but not worth the price (which is higher than other restaurants of the same cuisine). But overall I would still go back again.

Great little outdoor patio that is nicely decorated. They also have a downstairs with indoor seating and air conditioning. They said their wifi wasn’t working but it was a server who literally just arrived and the signal was fine, just probably didn’t want to give it to me. They only accept cash however which was inconvenient but I had just enough. The other surprise was they automatically included service so expect 12% added to the bill. Pizza was okay, it didn’t have a great crust, pizza sauce was without flavor and the sausage was basically burn pepperoni, no spice either. I had to ask for my drink again after the food already came but it had interesting vibes. Staff was surprised when I told them it was okay, which if you go off a true 5/5 being perfect, I stand by a 3 based on the dining, prices and food.

Awsome place to have some decent Italian food. Seating is in the side street so avoid going in bad weather. Gets busy at night. The ambiance is perfect low lights small tables and Italian music. The background sound of people enjoying there food is amazing. Try any pizza or pasta and you won't regret it. Take your date or a small group of friends for the best experience.

I ordered Saliccia pizza (mozzarella, mushroom and sausage). Their pizzas are large (One pizza for 2 persons). Prices are relatively high (more than 200 EGP) but will be good if divided on 2 persons. Visa is not available, they have cash only. (I think they should have Visa). I also suggest if they put photos of food on the menu, it will be better. It's not the same American pizza you used to eat, it is different but very good. It is a bit fatty. I recommend you to take your partner or best friends and go on a different and unique casual date.😍

We went on Saturday’s evening. The service was bad. The pizza was tasteless and dry. The pasta was below average. Our waiter didn’t hear us out or listen to our criticism and talked to us in the middle of the conversation in a language we didn’t understand, I believe it was insulting as well. She was a bit too aggressive for a human, let alone our waiter. The prices are definitely overrated for the food and how bad it was. A very bad experience and the reviews are overall overrated. Very good looking restaurant, and nice selection of italian dishes. However, service was chaotic and seating was quite bad. Food is nice but for the price you pay it’s not the best, it’s a bit better than average. Portions are plenty so that’s really nice, and the pastas I thought were better than pizzas. Careful with the drinks if you get a juice and you’re a tourist, they use tap water so ask for mineral :)

I visited yesterday Cairoma Italian restaurant with 4 of my friends. While we have been waiting for 45 mins to give the order (2 Pizzas and 3 coffees), we were told that due to lunch time(6:30PM) we have to order 5 plates and minimum charge (250EGP) should be placed. I have to mention that there are no enough waiters nor instructions that were given when we first arrived to avoid waiting for too long. The attitude of the manager and waiters were extremely dismissive and arrogant. They pushed us to the point where we felt we have to leave. Plus, they do not know how to handle bad reviews and deleted our comments from their instagram page! Worst customer service award in 2021!

I had a terrible experience at CaiRoma, which was the first and last time I will ever go. I ordered a salmon salad, but when it arrived it looked almost absent of smoked salmon, and substituted by shaved carrots on top. So, I immediately called back the waitress and asked if I can send the salad back. She said no without checking why, and when I insisted on my request, the manager came and started raising his voice and informed me their salad has 240g of salmon (!), and to prove it he used his fingers to remove the bread and spread it on another plate!! It was a bizarre experience, and the salad barely had 30-50g of shredded salmon in the end. The manager was extremely loud and rude, to avoid a fight I ended up asking to pay the bill before the pizza even arrived so that I could leave at once. distressing experience to say the least.
