It was a great experience at Fuego. They have their own premium rolls and Sushi was very delicious. You will pay more than usual but it's Highly recommended.

Nice little restaurant in zamalek. Ordered the tuna tartare which was just simply overpowered with Tabasco sauce and I'm one who likes spicy foods. The avocado was not ripe at all for the dish. My seabass sashimi was not fresh and had the smell of few days old fish, I didn't even finish it - 4 pieces for 65le. The tuna was decent quality but just cut incorrectly and the spicy tuna roll can definitely take a pass next time. All together with my club soda, vat, and service, the final bill was about 470le - I'd say not worth it relative to local standards. Service was rather slow as well, I don't think I'll be back despite their 40 piece special for 395le which I didn't order today.

First time in Fuego, went in there upon internet recommendation and I can say Fuego has exceeded our expectations in every single aspect, food quality, service, food portion, cleanness. It is absolutely the best sushi I had it in Egypt so far. May be the only thing I'll say it could be added on to make Fuego would be serving macha green tea for your guests as a part of the Japanese dining culture. Thanks for the experience.

Havent been there in a while and i can see enhancement in the menu with lots of items added which seemed to be delicious and not really sure which item to try. Food was served fresh, hot and in timely manner. Staff is friendly and professional as usual.

One of the coziest spots in Zamalek for 🍣, the atmosphere and food were great, specially California's rolls, it's a bit pricey but the whole experience worth it. And Zakaria the waiter is so nice and professional.

It was my first time to Zamalek Branch. But it was one of the best times I ever visited Fuego. The restaurant wasn't busy or crowded at all, the service was nice ,and most importantly the Food was top notch this time.... Hopefully it will remain the same during my next visit.

The food is indeed fresh, but lacked in taste and flavor, they use a lot of sauces and spice, but as a sushi enthusiast, the fish was bland and so was the tempura. The menu was so large and extensive even though it was basically a hundred variations of the same type of roll. If you’re a sushi lover I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had shiitake sushi with soy mayonnaise and Tempura soba. Soba was different from typical Japanese Tempura soba.

My experience with Fuego Zamalek hasnt been great, i prefer Maadi branch. Zamalek branch is very small and usually crowded and with a waiting list. Also their sushi isnt as good as Maadi's. --------------------- As for fuego in general... Fuego was my favorite sushi place in general. And still is. However they decided to change their prices and combo offer sometime ago. Now what was the price of the 40 pieces offer, is for only 21 pieces now. As much as i love their sushi, but i guess i am not going back there again soon.
