This is an authentic restaurant for Egyptian food. It is a popular restaurant, so don't push a lot on the affinity and luxury. Food is well done with a high level of nutrition. We had what is locally called Shourbat Kawareh, Mouloukhiyyah, Tajin, and some dishes to share. A well prepared street food is always an amazing experience. I'm writing this review after one week, which means that we survived 🤣🤣🤣. To be repeated with great pleasure.

There are very little English information about this restaurant but we decided to try it anyways because we are so tired of kebabs. We ordered what seemed like the most popular dish, which is a mixed grill of different type of offals - kidney, livers, and stuffed sausage. There's one waiter who spoke English and helped us order since the menu was all in Arabic. The grilled meat came out rather quickly, in less than 10 minutes. Taste-wise, I really dig this type of food when properly seasoned and the interesting texture is definitely an acquired taste. From later research, I learned that offal is a popular type of fast food in Egypt and I highly recommend trying this restaurant as it is fairly clean and reasonably priced.

Very tasty and clean Egyptian authentic food at very moderate prices. They are famous for their mixed platters (kofta, sausages, heart, etc..) The staff are very humble and very helpfull. The only downside is the atmosphere as the dining hall is not very tidy. Overall experience was very good and I would definitly visit it again.
