I genuinely enjoyed my dinner there. Excellent and super friendly service. Interior design was built on a tree that you actually see the tree from inside and penetrating the roof. Food was 8/10 didn't like the pasta white sauce, the remaining was delicious and warm. Loved the appetizers. Great view of the Nile River.

When you are staying at the hotels across the road from this restaurant, then there are no other options to dine at that's a walking distance. So we visited this restaurant and it's OK I guess. There's a huge menu and you wouldn't know what to actually choose unless you make inky pinky ponky... Ordered the meals and it came in due time, and here too the quality wasn't all that bad, but nothing great. Steak ordered was medium but came well done. They don't know how to make them as requested it seems. The outdoor seating and tables are of low standards. You'd think you're at a take away joint. There was a cat that refused to leave us alone , and we ended having it join us for the meal.

Spectra is right across the street from Conrad, so we decided to have dinner here one night. As we entered, we noticed that there is no air conditioning on the inside, so we chose to sit on the deck. There was a cool breeze, so that made it much better than sitting inside. We were handed menus and I could tell the server did not have a good understanding of English. I think he ran off to get someone that did speak English as another person that looked like a manager was able to speak English and work with us. The menu is pretty large, but they have a good selection. We opted to do the rib-eye combo email as it came with a drink and dessert for one price. After we ordered, they served us a pasta salad, green salsa and mushroom soup. They also gave us a bread plate as well. This alone was a lot of food, but shortly after, our steaks came and after that was dessert. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. For the value, it was well worth it.

Spectra El-Shagra give a good experience as it offer a great view over the Nile.... Letting you enjoy the open fresh air in the crowded capital... A very nice place with a good menu full of a lots of choices that will fulfill your needs.... And the place offers a parking area that makes it easy access.. Recommend the Nile view... It's awesome. After this visit I didn't like the food... The quality lowered and the price got increased. Still the best part of this place is the great view of Nile.

The restaurant has an amazing view overlooking the nile, It has outdoor and indoor seating area, I recommend the outdoor. The food is so delicious and they have a wide variety of choices. The staff is very friendly It's a value for money

The sp crunchy fondue is amazing The red valvet was not amazing but acceptable The service was really bad really really bad like i asked 4 times for the table to be cleaned! The waiter when i asked for the check left it at the end of the table and walked away they need to check on staff training again! 2021 update: Still the service needs improvement 🥲

Awesome nile view, and trees inside are wonderful, but service is very very slow and staff isn’t trained enough to handle many orders and serve them well. Food quality is good, but comes late (order take around an hour). Overall, fair but stuff need to develop themselves better to make clients happier.

Food was good, nice Nile view. The problem was that we made an online reservation on their website but they were not using it so we had to wait for half an hour till a table was free. I'm not sure why a restaurant puts a tool for online reservation if they will not apply it. Also their outdoor sitting area needs some shading if you are going there before sunset.

One of the best food experiences i have ever had. The taste was perfect and the Nile view was great. Their was a fast service and a helpful crew that are doing their best to make you happy.

I loved it very much. The location overlooking the Nile is amazing 🤩 Directly in front of Conrad Hotel. The restaurant is very large, two floors, and has a great outdoor area. If we come to the menu, it is really one of the largest menus that I have seen in all restaurants. They have a very wide variety of choices, from pasta, soup, grilled, steak, and they also have very special combo meals for more than one person. Prices are considered above average. The service is good and the staff is friendly. They have a private garage.

Neither food nor service is good. Except the nile view, It's a disappointed experience at all.

A good traditional place for a hangout with family or friends .. perfect quality & quantity of food that is relevant to the prices.

It's not bad. The quantity and the price are good, but service is slow. They don't offer any Egyptian food, only "international" dishes. It has a good location because it's on the Nile and it's big, plus it has Bein Sports.

The view is just fantastic but unfortunately I was so amused that I forgot to take a photo😂. The restaurant consists of 2 floors both include indoor and outdoor setting and it is constructed keeping a huge tree inside with its branches passing through the roof. In summer, it’s recommended to set indoors. The food is also good but of moderate quality which is not very different from all spectra branches. I always experience low to moderate quality food in spectra but it is suitable to the cost. The problem was in the sauté and mashed potato, felt like they weren’t fresh. However, the dessert was way better. I recommend having chicken dishes, dessert and drinks there.

good & friendly service with nice Atmosphere over the Nile along with elegant decorations and music, but the food quality is average

Warm welcoming staff, Good service, wide variety of options in the menu. The sides portion is generous. Food is good. Nice location by the nile and “Mamsha Ahl Misr”. You might have to wait in line though as sometimes they are full and put you on waiting list especially over weekends but they have their own parking space and you can wait in Mamsha Ahl Misr while your turn comes. This place is in good shape considering how long it’s been here. It’s known as Spectra El Shagara because they choose to build the restaurant with a tree growing through it instead of cutting it down.

The place is amazing, serving is great too and the portions are perfect.

The meals are very good but the Tiramisu was not (to much cream, not Tiramisu like at all) and the cold drinks(Ice-Tea, etc) to sweet.
