The hotel is very good in everything and if i needed i will check in it again except that one of the rooms as they said its water heater is controlled from another room which lead that if that day you are in that room you will have to use the normal water another day i checked in and i went to another room and the water heater was working make sure to call them before u go to check if they have rooms Most hotels that offer rooms for one person with clean room and with water heater and air-condition in the price range of 200 to 300 LE are in that area near to the train station The hotel is very near to the train station and around 24 to 30 min from cairo airport regarding the restaurants mcdonalds or gad are very near to it regarding the shopping malls the most decent ones will be around 25 min by car

I stayed here with my wife and 3 young children and it was great! The staff are by far the most welcoming and friendly people. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. They also have a kitchen and washing machine. I highly recommend!

We stayed there for 1 night. We landed in Cairo late at night and reached the building at 3am. The main building gate was closed, we couldn't place a call because we had not got an Egyptian sim yet, but there was a small bell button and the night shift staff came to get us quickly. He helped us settle in. Even though he couldn't speak a lot of English, he helped us understand everything quickly, payment finished fast. He also helped us with the WiFi. The next after checking out we did not have any place to leave our luggage as we were going sightseeing, and they agreed to keep it in the hotel itself until we went and got it at night. Overall very nice helpful people. I would recommend this place to those travelling on a budget. Very good place.
