The location is super (for business meetings), and the easy parking is a super plus. Food is fine compared to prices. Overall it’s convenient for business meetings if luxury isn’t targeted (value for money).

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a tour package. Location was quiet. Nothing much to see around area. Highway on one side and a military academy on the other. Yiu can wake up to actual tooting reveille and structured lmorning exercises everyday at 6am. I didnt mind but its not for everyone. Breakfast buffet was generous and egg station was well manned and serviced. Food quality was average and repetitive. Hotel didnt have luggage ramps so you drag your stuff up stairs to welcome you when you arrive, and back down when you flee. Rooms are spacious and clean my room had a large balcony which was put to good use. Room cleaning and replenishment was oustanding. Was staff professional and friendly? Wouldnt know as I didnt see any. Cant really add more. For a lower price it can be fair value at best. Nothing to write home about.

Very good place compared to the price, in the heart of misr el Gdida, near the airport and other nice places.

The room is dirty very dirty and dusty You get woken up in the morning by the armies march and whistles next door The staff, the male ones were too rude especially the one that takes the bags into insurance room, didnt interact with the female staff often but seemed nice to me , the breakfast is really bad and had no varieties The wifi is too weak and cant load a youtube video If you ask for wifi password in the lobby you get charged extra If you ask for disposable cups you will get charged extra If you call the reception you get charged lol jk but be aware that they might charge for anything The check in time even though we went in as 15 rooms and 30 persons werent given in their time and we had to wait for 3 hours first time and 1 and half hour the second time. The gym is well equiped The hotel doesnt have any entertaining facilities apart from the restaurant and simple cafe

Poor service Poor communication But the food is good tbh Anyways, it's located perfectly for anyone who is targeting tourism. Otherwise, don't spend more than a night There's also not much to see around just parking, lol

I stayed there for three nights. The main issue is that they insisted to write a review on booking during the check out and asked how many stars we gave when I said 8 they asked me to change it to 10 . I did and then I emailed booking to remove my review. The whole thing was ridiculous and absurd really. The room was okay , the shower doesn't work very well but you can manage. Everything was fine until check out.

It's just the perfect place to stay and enjoy your time inside or outside the hotel, close to the major shopping centres and malls and easy to get to and from it by public transport or local taxi services. Recommended

Rooms are of avarage size, large balcony, classic furniture, old style, breakfast is good, reception are professional. Parking costs 70 LE per day to park under direct sunlight.

All-star! I stayed for one night at this hotel prior to a big event I had the next morning. Their staff was very welcoming & cooperative. The room was squeaky clean, spacious & very comfortable bed. I was given a complimentary fruit platter beside the water, coffee & tea that already was included in the room. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Very kind hotel reception team to answer all your questions with good patience 😊 (I forgot my passport at the reception, they called me immediately and protected it well in a bag, thank you very much!) With Uber 🚘, can easily reach airport, cario city, and new cairo. (Drivers will find you easily in around 5 mins) Carrefour shop, Metro shop, and KFC🍗 nearby in 5 mins by foot

Another winner after massive reconstruction, renovations and refurbishment, transforming a ghost hotel to a welcoming atmosphere. Nice work here, large parking lot for LE 40/day, excellent air conditioning, marble and granite everywhere, even on walls, good lightning mostly dimmed, spacious meeting rooms and numerous restaurants, catering for various tastes. In general, cosy atmosphere and a pleasure to spend a couple of days, within Heliopolis and a walking distance from the residence of late President Nasser and the bustling Roxy Square.

A decent hotel conveniently located. Their facilities sometimes can be dated, like pretty much everywhere in Cairo. Their staff is very attentive. Food was not so good.

The hotel is good, but the staff service is terrible. As soon as we arrived to check in, which was already time consuming, we asked for a wifi password, which was of no use. They spent 30 minutes trying to connect, called the IT technician (who was not on site) and after several attempts, they realized they had written the wrong password. At another point, we asked room service for a takeout box and it was never delivered. We called reception to ask if they would deliver and the receptionist was super rude. Service must be improved. Despite this, the rooms are great, the food is good and the hotel is well located.

One group of our Australian Tripadeal.com.au Egypt Travel group was booked into this hotel in October 2023 and it is hard to relate to the numerous glowing reviews of the Establishment as being relevant, appropriate and honest! The hotel staff were difficult to deal with. My travel bag did not come to my room and after contacting reception an hour later was still not delivered. I had to personally go to reception to sort it out and finally go my bag to my room. The room air conditioning was freezing cold, could not be adjusted and I had to leave it turned off. Also the safe deposit box did not work and I could not get any response from Reception regarding fixing it. The restaurant staff did not relate well to guests and could not understand our orders from the menu, with frustrated friends leaving in disgust and not ordering. The evening meals were delivered “Luke warm” and sent back to be replaced and other meals not ordered, delivered to our table. The breakfast buffet was basic. The hotel is not located close to any amenities and or shopping areas, restaurants etc as indicated. It is in an old area of Cairo, between a Military Establishment and Jail and is on an extremely busy Road that is impossible to cross and you would not even consider it, fearing for your life. The pedestrian footpaths are deplorable, of uneven surface, with large potholes, trip hazards and drop offs with no railings. A number of travellers did try to venture out to a recommended restaurant, quite some distance away but shortly after commencing our journey they were stopped by military personnel and told to go back. On trying another alternative they were confronted by police and told to go back to the hotel. The hotel is a “dry” hotel and did not have a pool, unlike many other hotels we noticed. What Travel company books Australian travellers into a dry hotel and for most of the group this was a huge disappointment, especially when the other part of the group were booked into a modern centrally located hotel with bar and pool facilities. All up a very poor hotel selection, location and stay, that I would not recommend to any traveller going to Cairo hence my one (1) star honest rating! Regards, BeachesA1

Very good hotel, stayed in 4 different rooms, and had no issues throughout my stay except for a bathroom lock. They have gym, restaurants and halls. Kfc is nearby, and the airport is only 20 minutes away! Helpful staff, variety breakfast and overall enjoyed my stay.

Stayed in this hotel back in 2019 before COVID. Had a great 5 nights stay on one of the upper floors. The room had a spacious balcony with a city view. They helped us in getting a good deal ($30 with driver/guide) to explore Pyramids & Giza. Would stay again if visited Cairo !

Lacking the basis in hospitality. As an internation athlete, President of a federation and also professional in defence and security I would encourage professional women to never set foot in this hotel. Not only is the service, particularly in the restaurant the worst I have experienced in the Arab countries I have worked in but the utter disregard, recognition and communication from male staff at this facility is a first for me. Of course I understand cultural differences, but having been here for over 4 months it is the first time blatant ignoring of me and only speaking to my husband has occurred. As a female professional, and also looking at venues for hosting competitions, I can safely say I will never use this brand as the women competitors as well as professionals will not be treated with respect. The staff are aloof, unresponsive and not of service industry standard. Staff in the spa and gym are very good, this does not apply to them.

My Wife arrived there for 2 nights stay, and she was told that it is mandatory for her to stay in this hotel for self isolation, and when she arrived she was told that this is not mandatory after they already charged us for price of 2 nights (200$) And when I told them to cancel and refund they refused and then when I told them I as her husband will stay with her for one night with the price of 2 nights they refused At the end, the hotel looks clean, but with Zero Professionalism specially from reservation team they have no rules and they have no understanding of actually helping the guest having a nice stay, I would never stay there or recommend it to anyone I have stayed in hotels around the world and lived for 2 years in Hilton Resort in Maldives and I have seen what is hospitality and I can rest my case by saying this hotel has zero level of Hospitality

Ok place but be careful to take inventory of the room given with hotel management so no claims would be made once you check out

Excellent hopitality, nice location and the staff is rather professional. Would have loved the AC to be working though, but they mentioned that it's already winter and we only have the fan as an option.

I never stayed in this hotel, but my colleagues have. They tell me this is not bad. The hotel location is more advantageous than the hotel itself. In the main part of Heliopolis, it is not far away from any amenities.

I have stayed with my wife for 3 days .the hotel was fine , with clean room , quite area ,nice music ,and helpful and polite staff.the shower wasn't functioning very well but it did not bother us .However on the check out we were asked to write a review on Booking while we are doing the check out and we were asked about how many stars we did give , and we were asked to give 10 stars instead of 8! and to write whatever you want in the review to complete the check out . uptill this point they seemed professional . put it kinda put me off

One of the worst experience in a 4* hotel ever. Every small detail was off. Upon arrival, very rude reception, where they told me "we cannot check you in" because of a spelling mistake in the reservation. Staff is not speaking English. No coffee beside nescafe in the entire hotel, not even for breakfast. Restaurant staff that tells you the restaurant is closed even if it is not. 40min of waiting to pay for my laundry. This is not what hospitality looks like. Suggest to revise a lot...

Very clean and decent.. disc reception staff and managers are very helpful and polite Mr. Emad Sheriff specifically and Mr. Marco they were very decent and generous.. the hotel room was clean but surly old furniture and fashioned although maintenance done other rooms are still needs maintenance.. In comparison to other hotels on the area it is for my opinion the best .. although it ran out of capacity when I wanted to extend
