It was my first time going to Sachi, but i heard great things about it, and i'm glad i finally went there. As soon as you walk in, you automatically get the vibe that you're going to have a really nice dining experience. One thing that definitely caught my attention was how they present the dishes which really got my appetite going. I was particularly impressed with the collaboration they have with Dr. Magdy Yackoub cardiology foundation. Apparently, certain revenue from some of their desserts are donated to the foundation to help build a new hospital in Cairo. (Great cause - KUDOS) - The wait staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. Our waiter (Remon) was on top of his game throughout the entire evening, and I couldn't be happier that he was attentive and very knowledgeable of their menu.

We phoned up to make a booking on a Friday for that evening and they explained that they were busy but they could squeeze us in at 7:30pm, but pointed out that we had to give the table back by 9pm. To be honest we were a few minutes late and the manager almost told us off! He looked like he was in a panic despite the restaurant being virtually empty. From the moment we sat down, we were rushed along to the extent that I got indigestion. It was like a scene from National Lampoon's European Vacation where Audrey Griswold is being force-fed by butlers serving her dishes that she doesn't have time to finish before starting another, accompanied with the Jaws theme music and she blows up like a balloon!! Watch it if you haven't seen it, it's funny. Anyway our waiter - who to be fair to him had obviously been instructed to get us out as soon as possible - was literally breathing down our necks for the entire meal. I had to ask him to bring back some dishes that he'd removed before we'd finished them. I mean, come on, if it was that urgent, you shouldn't have accepted our booking. We were spending a fair bit of money as well, it wasn't like we'd nipped in for a salad. And to make matters worse, there were five tables free around us when they, quite literally, kicked us out. We didn't leave a tip and I felt bad for that as the waiter was just doing his job and taking instruction from the manager. The food was generally good. They say that there are vegan options which is not quite true. If it has cheese in it it is not vegan!!!! So being forced to go vegetarian, I found the food good but did have a lot of cheese in it and was super rich. My husband's fish dishes were good also. The cocktail I had was great - wasabi martini. It's sister and newer restaurant in New Cairo, Lexie's, is much better in our opinion.

One of the best restaurants in Egypt, excelling both in food quality and great service, the chateaubriand was fantastic and the sashimi is really fresh. The ambience is really high class and romantic. I really enjoyed my day and will never forget this experience.

First time in this restaurant and it was a nice experience. I ordered mainly rolls and they were pretty good. The desert was awesome. Restaurant was pretty busy and vibe was good with nice music in the background. Surely not the same music level at Kazoku or Lexi's due to the neighborhood proximity. It started to get busy after 9 on that day. Since I was staying in Madinat Nasr, it was 10 min away from me and very convenient. I sat at the bar and was serviced by Sobhi and he was a nice person to chill with.

First of all its a fancy restaurant to know this in advance as the prices are quite high. In return, you get high quality food and service. The staff are friendly. Note: they serve wine but veiled woman are welcomed.

The food is great, it is fusion but very well executed with balanced flavors. The service is outstanding too! I specifically recommend the thyme cocktail, the short rib, the octopus appetizer and the seafood pasta. We didn’t like our dessert, which was the the Sachi Choux, so I would recommend trying another one. Overall, a great place!

It's elegant ( dress code makes a difference) staff are extremely professional and friendly, food is amazing. So tonight I got the sirloin steak which comes with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, which is my ultimate favorite, steak was delicious, well cooked and tender, mashed potatoes is normal, my friend got sushi ? where am not really experienced, but she loved it, I suppose she got tuna rolls / shrimp rolls and newyorker, drinks are good too maybe a bit pricey. Overall I like the experience, not to mention atmosphere is relaxing and music is suitable ( jazz / chill out / lounge), our server was a guy named serry he is truly friendly and professional, definitely recommend

What a wonderful experience. The service was kind and hospitable. The food was perfect. We had the walnut blue cheese gnocchi, salmon steak, and parmesan hand cut fries. All dishes were some of the best we've ever had. The salmon was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful flavor with the seasoning. The gnocchi was delicious as well, with the blue cheese sauce not being too strong but just right. The parmesan hand cut fries are a must! The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely as well. Lighting perfect. And they space the tables out so it never gets too noisy and you can easily have a conversation while the soft music plays in the background. I highly recommend this place and we will be visiting again for sure.

When we went Tuesday, they were to remain open until 12 and started turning on the lights and pushing us out by 11:15. We think that there is either a shortage of staff of the training of new staff are not sufficient enough. For example, we had no ice bucket to our table and nobody to bring us ice.
