Place are really crowded tables is so close to each other when we were their they were making maintains and it was much noise bedside the noise if the people, food was good prices normal in this area and plates size was OK too not so small as a lot of places now view was really good as it is directly to the Nile river and it bring nice fresh air in the summer time

The location/view is good on the nile river. Other than that it is below than standard. I ordered the molten cake with ice cream, browny with ice cream and American coffee. I give the coffeeshop 3.5 out of 10 for his coffee and sweets.

For such a great view it's too bad all you can order is coffee and shisha. And even those are not great. Pass by if you want to grab a mediocre coffee and talk to a friend next to a beautiful Nile view.

The place itself is acceptable, usual market prices and good view, but i think during day time and summer when they remove the cover, the place will be more enjoyable.

Friendly staff but the place should be better prepared for winter season by putting heaters or warmer system

They have a recurring attitude of providing average service. The waiters tend to forget to check if anything is needed. What sealed the deal for me is the bad experience I just had 30 minutes ago. We wanted to sit at one of the corner tables facing the Nile and were told by one of the waiters to wait 5 mins at another table while he cleaned it. During this time both tables became occupied and he made sure to avoid us. When we complained about the situations, the other waiter was polite but seemed to care about settling the situation quick and quietly instead of accommodating us. The waiter who caused this inconvenience made sure to disappear when he saw us complaining.

You step-in in a Cafe and find empty tables, you choose to sit on one of them, but you are told to wait for 5 minutes until the table is ready, then the table is taken by someone else! A waiter after another start to get away with lies and fake excuses without even admitting or even give a word of apology! This is exactly what happened to us this evening at the Coffee Shop Company, and when we decided to leave because we were simply unwelcomed, nobody even bothered to say sorry and instead left us to go! I steeped out in a state of shock and I don't think I will ever go back to this place. Mind that we are regular customers. Until the staff is respectful and mindful about their mistakes, I would not encourage anyone to go there.
