We stayed at Conrad Cairo and dined here daily part of our package. The breakfast was a huge spread of Mediterranean and continental dishes. Freshly squeezed juices and breads were amazing. Delicious fruits were provided. Service was excellent too. Recommend trying this when in Cairo.

Amazing atmosphere

Their Friday brunch is fantastic. They open all the restaurants for the brunch. Italian, Asian and the international Solana for one attractive price which have the desserts and beverages included, even fresh juice. They are proud that they have home grown green salad and that they smoke their Salmon. The food is fantastic, they even have fresh fish and sea food to order as per your liking included in the price. The service is top notch and don't hesitate to ask for any thing, they are always willing to help. Special thanks to Mr Ibrahim and Mr Gamal for the great hospitality. This is my favorite restaurant and they never disappointed me. The Asian corner offered freshly made sushi, to order skewers of fantastic salmon and fish, a collection of salad, noodles, fried rice, baked sea bass, and a marvelous soup. The Italian had a very nice collection of Italian meat, smoked duck, freshly smoked salmon and cheese cuts beside a salad collection. The International offered Moroccan chicken, Egyptian dishes and Italian veal wrapped with mushrom beside many other items, and fresh assortment of fish, sea food, chicked to grill as per your liking. The salad and dessert buffets gad also mouth watering fantastic selection. They also had a small buffet for children and life entertainment. The restaurant is overlooking the nile in a panoramic view. I strongly recommend this brunch at any time and for any location. Bravo for the chefs and the entire staff.

We stayed at conrad Cairo. And although the rooms are great and the breakfast has a huge variety… I don't recommend the restaurant for dinner. Out of 3 days, 2 of us had the same dinner… it takes 20 minutes to serve you the drink (6 waiters for 4 people)… and in general Bad service. The food also had a lot to be desired… dry chicken.
