Awesome Best Italian pizza in Egypt so far -I have tried several pizza spots but this is by far the best among competitors -Tried Caprese salad and the mozzarella was freshly made Infront of me. -this little restaurant deserves more than a 5 star rating and highly recommended

I have ordered take-away Salamoni pizza. It was amazing and full of flavors from the dough to the topping. The price is good and the Salamoni is a good choice. Also, I have tried the insalata di carciofi and the Leonardo sandwich. Again all still amazing and wonderful. I really appreciate such amazing restaurant and I recommend all it's items.

This was my first visit and I order take away because the place was full. The staff was fantastic, attentive and efficient. I had a wonderful warm salad so tasty and fresh and a wonderful pepperoni pizza which was equally delicious. I will be back, hopefully will dine in. Highly recommended!!

This is the best Italian restaurant in Cairo! Super authentic, cosy and nice. The staff are helpful and kind. I tried the pepperoni 🍕 and it was on 🔥! I highly recommend this place. Once you're done eating, you can walk around the Zamalek neighborhood as you most likely won't find a nearby parking slot.

The best meal we've had in Cairo by far, the chef does an amazing job and the server as well. The mozzarella rolls are a perfect appetizer or light meal even. Health food store is right next door as well.

This is one of the best napoletana pizzas I've had lately. The salami and mozzarella used were so good, and the crust was just perfect. The alla norma pasta was a bit too al dente for my liking, but it was still good. Cons: The place is too dim with limited seating, and the bathroom needs a lot of maintainence because it is small, dark, and old. We paid 520 for these 2 plates which makes it on the pricer side considering the place could do with some enhancements. But I'd definitely come again for that pizza anytime.

I sent my food back for the first time in years, I’m not paying premium prices for a BEZZA. Last time I came here I gave it a break on the re-review but this time they entered the world of BEZZA. Food arrived lacking cheese, warm and it took 30 mins, my guests were not impressed and neither was I. I asked for a Diavola - off menu. It arrived with no chilli, I complained and they sent it back with CHILLI Powder?!?! The chicken worked though. Where is the famous Karolos who decorated the place with his certificates? He’s at home letting his restaurant slip.

Phenomenal! Easily one of the best Italian restaurants I have eaten at. Everything was executed so well without any pretense. The pizza was well portioned and amazingly made. It had a light and fluffy crust with great gluten development in the dough, not to mention the pepperoni that could’ve been right from Italy. The salad was fresh and beautifully complemented by the burrata cheese that topped it. The pasta was great as well! With its fresh pesto and al dente noodles that really hit the spot. Overall a true gem that we found here in Cairo and a place that’ll please anyone looking for good Italian!

This used to be my go-to pizza place, but something changed on my latest visit. The crust recipe definitely has changed as it's no longer airy and light as it used to be. Also the mozzarella no longer tastes as fresh. Don't get me wrong, it still tastes good, but it definitely has been way way better. First, the food took remarkably long considering a small restaurant with only a few people and a simple order. I wouldn’t normally mind so much, but the waiter came over in between the salad and while I was waiting for main course and asked if I wanted dessert. It would be one thing if it was a mistake, but he said, oh, I’m just kidding. I said I hadn’t gotten my main course yet. Why is that funny? A very strange thing to ask at a nice restaurant especially when it’s been 45 minutes and still waiting for a basic plate of pasta. Then in the end he presents the bill handwritten with the items I got with strange math. 109+129+38 does not equal 352 as written. I get there may be service or sales tax, but that seems like a large difference especially not to show itemized on a receipt clearly. Very confusing service. We made an order today at 4:45pm forafor iftar we're supposed to receive the order maximum by 6:30pm,we phoned around 6:25pm and we realised from the tone that they forgot completely about the order ,they guy said that delivery guy on his way which wasn't true . We live two blocks away from Sapori,the guy came 6:50pm which wasn't acceptable and the order was very bad cause it was done in a rush, unfortunately Sapori started this business very well ,delicious food, good service but as usual in Egypt everything starts very good than the drop comes very quickly. We will never in the future deal with Sapori as they proved today worst service worst food 😡😡

For me it's the best pizza experience in cairo. Unique sauces and dough. High quality ingredients whether proteins or fresh vegetables or cheese. The place is definitely pricey but worth every penny for me.

The service was great and fast, the staff are friendly. Their pizza is famous and great. We the Napoletana and the fungi, both where really good, tasty, and I would definitely recommend them. The appetizers where good not great. The lasagna was something to write home about; it was great and I also recommend it. However I believe they could use better olives as the ones they use are a bit salty. Thumbs up for value for money. In general the place is cozy, its is very small and dark themed tho and their toilet needs proper service.

Came for lunch at 1.45pm all the way from sheikh Zayed but apparently the chef comes at 3pm and the other chef in his place doesn't know how to prepare some items on the menu that we wanted. When we asked the waiter to describe some of the dishes, he was as clueless as the chef. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. Never experienced anything like this. So disappointing.

Went to this restaurant for a farewell dinner and whilst the company was wonderful there were a couple of issues that could make this place gain 5 stars in the future. Our issues: loud music made the conversation somewhat difficult to maintain. We had to ask a number of times to have the music turned down but every time the staff did so, after a song the loudness was right back where we started. It makes it less enjoyable when one has to shout at the others across the table. No bread on the table (this is an Italian restaurant) and only small bottles of water that had to be topped up on a rolling basis yet it took a long time to get the flow going. Arancini was not a good choice of appetiser, not only took a really long time to get this dish to the table but also it was abysmal. Pizza crust way too soft, it was almost as they didn't bake it long enough or drenched it in sauce and was no way to harden. We had a good size group and the restaurant heat up too fast with no way of cooling it down. Good points: the Caprese salad and penne pasta was wonderful. If I have the occasion to ever return here, certainly that's the only dishes I'll choose to eat.

Best pizza I've had in Cairo so far, been here 2 months and this was hands down the best. I'm from the USA but have been to Italy and this is the closest I've found in Cairo. Delicious. Good thin crust, good cheese and DELICIOUS sauce, pretty sure it's made in house, it tasted like it was to me.

It got to a certain point where me and my partner had to try hide away but we was later found. Overall, great hotel.

Mozzarella tasted somehow rotten and the crust wasn‘t as spongy and crunchy as it‘s supposed to be. I was sick the whole night with unbearable stomach pain until I finally managed to throw up.
