I never gave a place a 5 star rating. But man they deserved it! Food amazingly delicious, staff and waiters friendly without flinching and helping with the choices. Service good, continuous without delay. Volunteering to take a photo of us. Real classy. And the value for money is perfect too. Even parking was easy for me.

At Arigato, you can spend 250 EGP per person and enjoy a great portion of sushi. Things I liked: ✅ Friendly staff that will help you choose the right order for you. ✅ Price is good for sushi. ✅ Food presentation.

In general, I liked this place Only the shrimp in the kadaif test were upset, they had a strange taste and smell. Menu-4, taste-4, cleanliness-4, interior-3,service-4, prices-4 (optimal)

First time to try the restaurant. But not first time sushi. Anyway, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Alot of variety, they have all you can eat for 250++ EGP but the bad thing that its set menu one soup and appetizer you can’t change them. And you have 24 pieces in round one, then 16 pieces, then 8 pieces. Any rest of items will be paid. Also, have different combo menu. Starting from 16 pieces. I did not like that the staff did not inform us about their policy from the beginning for instance, sashimi is not included in all you can eat. And only included in their combos with limitations. Soup and appetizer is not changeable. Teriyaki is extra! Anyway, the branch manager supported us in it. And overall experience is nice. What i loved the max their bites is small and the rise is not that much like some other restaurants. As for the payment you can pay in cash or credit. Parking is not that easy.

Decor: Correct Music: piano jazz Apetisser: Crispy salmon Tasted good and crispy. You may like at least one of the three sauces presented. If not Kikoman soy sauce is always there to save the day. Salmon sashimi: In my opinion it was unfrozen multiple times, otherwise I have no explanation on so much water beneath it and the fact it doesn’t have a stronger taste and smell. The smell is kinda there and so is the taste but compared to the real deal Japanese sushi from a real Japanese chef it’s blend. Still good though. Big chunks and extra soft. Not sure why the presentation included dry ice, guess it looks nice. Take-away: It taste good but not justifies the price. Beef fried rice: I liked it. Well presented. The flavours seem to be well mixed and beef chunks are big enough. But it seems it misses some flavour, can’t tell what exactly but over all good. Beef yakisoba: it has to be eaten hot and fast before the dish gets all soggy. More flavour yes but to my taste I’d say it’s a little too salty and oily.

The best thing about this place is the staff. The service is impeccable and they will make sure you are having a great experience. As for the food, we enjoyed the shrimp tempura and shrimp konafa. For the sushi we ordered some fried sushi and that may not have been their best option. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our experience here.

Really bad quality not the worst but the service was terrible. Prices now are double what they are used to be while quality has gone down significantly. Rolls were falling apart. The server was rude for a reason or another. My son and I had two soup with a 50 piece order. While the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, i recommend other sushi places with better quality and service. Searched an asian resto in zamalek and I found this. It's one of the best japanese fusion resto that I have eaten so far. All are cooked well. They even gave me a complimentary egyptian dessert 🥰 will definitely recommend this for those looking for this type of cuisine 😁

The best sushi I had in years!!! With affordable prices. Service was too notch! Only downside is that specials are never part of the combos or all you can eat offer. Also all you can eat offer is unfair given its price and “pay your leftovers” policy

Updated review Unfortunately the quality is not like before . I tried this restaurant after one year of my previous experience but the quality is unfortunately decreasing, it is not the best Sushi restaurant in Cairo anymore,as I said before. First , strating from the portions , they are smaller then before . Second, and most importantly, the taste is not that good in matter of ingredients and fresh components. The staff are still welcoming and professional but this has nothing to do with the quality of food that is not that good. It is not recommended anymore. The new chef has an amazing Margareta pizza in the Italian kitchen Sushi is the no. 1 in egypt! The all you can eat offer is your way to go. I do recommend the original sushi menue

The sushi was really delicious. I ordered: Wind roll, Canadian roll, Hanami roll. Also the food styling is really good.

Sushi is so fresh and the tast is consistent. One of the few places still offering all you can eat with reasonable price. The reason I am giving 4 stars is the waiters attitude.

The sushi is delicious and safe to eat. I went twice in the past month, I wish I had found out about this place earlier. Prices are reasonable, ~300LE for 16 sushi and you can choose 4 kinds. Large menu of options, there are some for non-sushi lovers (noodles). The personnel is professional, attentive and nice. I wish this restaurant all the success it deserves.

Food was good but not the best, the noodles were uncooked and had barely any flavour. We had high hopes for the sushi but we got it fried so we couldn't actually enjoy it bc of the texture. Other than that everything else was good. Some of the staff were rude to us and just ignored us whenever we asked for sth.

Amazing sushi! Really hit the spot when I was craving Japanese food.

We ordered the “All you can eat” offer which includes Miso Soup, an Appetizer, Unlimited Sushi Rolls and 6 prices of Nigiri or Sashimi for a total of 320 pounds after VAT & service charges. The appetizers were very well made tasted very nice. The sushi rolls were a hit and miss depending on what you ordered but the majority were great and the quality was very good. But the thing that hit the nail on the head for me was the service, the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. The person in charge of our table (his name was Islam) always came up to check on us and make sure that the food meets our expectations. And when ever we had a complain he was more than happy to help us. Over all the place, the food, and the staff deserve a 5 start rating and I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you for the good experience.

It's was Friday night when I got in there and half of sitting area was available, we ordered the eat all you can .. but it has only limited choice of sushi. The food was ok They didn't eat expectations in the end.

We walked in and were immediately welcomed by Milka who was absolutely wonderful. She explained how the all you can eat worked and ensured we were completely satisfied with everything. The sushi was excellent and was served in a reasonable amount of time. All of the rolls were made fresh and were delicious. We even got to try a special roll which was not even on the menu yet! I would definitely recommend Arigato to everyone and I can’t wait to go back again !!!

Best sushi place around PERIOD!! i tried sushi in different countries except"Japan" unfortunately. and i found this restaurant one of the best i tried. They have a wide variety of sushi rolls. And all u can eat offer. The sushi tastes good, although sometimes they add extra Mayo for some dishes which i didn't like. You can request to modify that ofc. which bring us to the staff who are so Friendly and polite. I Saw them helping newly sushi eaters, picking dishes for them, explaining and repeating with a smile. The Atmosphere is cozy and they play Jazz and Blues, which is soothing but i would rather something Japanese to add some authenticity. Highly Recommend Fir Every Sushi Lover!!

I like this place. Super clean, super affordable a good variety of things to eat. And the sushi is good.

Really really good, I would say the only better ones may be Fuego and Garnell (Get the volcano rolls they're amazing). The vibes are great, average priced, but I would go there without a car since it isn't easy to find a parking spot in Zamalek generally.

This is the best place I've visited in my life ❤️ We ordered 16 pieces each it was a combination of Red Bermuda, Philadelphia rolls and Red Sashimi. They tasted incredibly good I haven't tasted anything better in my life. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place to sushi lovers.

The service was perfect, the restaurant it self was very clean with clam music. It is more on the fancy side which I loved. The only sushi that was amazing in my opinion are the ones that are cooked/fried. I had unlimited sushi rolls with its appetizers for 660 Egy pounds, so you could say that prices are extremely reasonable. Their raw sushi was not so great. Overall I would recommend going there if you love sushi!

Great staff, Muhammed Hassan was super helpful and nice. :D The indoor experience is amazing as well, very cozy, very comfortable, great music.
