I Came all the way down from Alexandria to Cairo, just to give it a go with Korean food in Tomato Korean Restaurant. Their number "here on Google maps" is working which is awesome, as i was lost & got guidance from their end 'That's really appreciated specially that it was my first visit'. The Vibe was definitely Korean with Kpop music on the back ground. The food was delicious 😋. The price was not that high at all. I highly recommend this place & If i got the chance to visit again will definitely go for it. Edit: it's 2022 and i didn't wanna end up the year without bringing more friends to that amazing place 🥰

i like the food. toppokki soo delicious. but if you have odeng on it, i must be more delicious. bulgogi also sooooo gewd. but the presentation is kinda different to original bulgogi (in my opinion) but the taste is very delicious. the staff also nice and patient.

I went to tomato a week ago to try Korean food for the first time as it was recommended by a friend, and I was blown away! My friend and I ordered japchae, Gimbap, and tteokbokki. Everything was fresh and well seasoned, and the tteokbokki sauce was so tasty! The portions are big, which was pleasant as we were left very full after our delicious meal. The interior is very simple, nothing special. The place was clean, and the staff and owner were very nice and welcoming. They played some Korean songs in the restaurant, which made the experience even better! The prices are a little pricey, but it was definitely worth it! I’ll be visiting again soon for sure! Keep up the great work.

So so so good! I'm super happy we got the chance to try out this place, we'll definitely be back. We based going off of the positive reviews on Google and they weren't lying! The food was delicious - fresh, clean, and flavorful. The owners were friendly, the staff was nice, and the establishment was clean. The restaurant itself was simple, but, if anything, it helped us focus on the food even more. A+

The best Korean restaurant ever!! The Atmosphere is cozy, and food presentation was pretty awesome as well. The food was really delicious and you can't get enough of it 😋 One of the greatest places that I recommend to anyone who wants to try the korean food for the first time. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I would like to come back here again and again. If you go there, don't miss the chance to try (Tteokboki, kimbab, japchae, bulgogi, and kimchi) *One suggestion* it would be nice if you can put a banner outside or any sign to make it easier for people to reach the place*

It was a great experience in tomato restaurant! The gagangmyon was really delicious and the portion was more than enough, the teokbokki also was so good and the side dishes were tasty, I would definitely go their again to eat some gagangmyon, i totally recommend you to go their and try their amazing dishes! 진짜 잘 먹었습니다! 토마토 식당 최고!!

Such a cute and cozy place. The service was great and the people working there were lovely. I loved how they would also explain how certain things would be eaten. (mixing the bibimbap prior to eating it for example) The portions were quite big and the prices were very affordable. It was all delicious and I’d definitely visit again.

This place is really amazing and the food is terrific. The flavors are really unique and the food was served very quickly when we ordered 5 entrees. Their fried chicken and beef bulgogi were amazing and the noodles were also so so good and worth the money. The prices are average, not that high compared to other korean restaurants in the area. Service-wise the waitresses were really sweet and attentive. The atmoshpere is a little loud because the space is small so you can hear everyone around you. Overall I really recommend going as it's a very good and authentic korean food experience.

BAD EXPERIENCE.. It was a very bad experience today with tomato restaurant, the food was so bad with no taste.. I ate the worst Kimbab with no taste no flavor and poor quality, also I think the rice cooked the day before so only one piece was enough to make my tummy off… Kimbab was 160 LE although I usually eat DELICIOUS Kimbab in Zamalek in another Korean restaurant for 80 LE only!!! I also ordered Kanpungki for 260 LE and it was horribly bad, I asked from the waiter to return it back to the chef to make it taste better but the dish back to me with same taste.. Totally the worst Korean restaurant I ever visited.. Extremely Overpriced with no taste and bad flavors.. Disappointed

This place is amazing, very cozy and friendly,they don’t have a sign on the front but it is at the exact location on the map. The food is delicious loved the kimbab and tokboki, the black bean noodle was absolutely amazing it is a must try for me. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely go again to enjoy the korean food and music.

One of the cleanest, yummiest korean food joints in Maadi. This place will satisfy your asian food cravings, with its wide range of Korean specialties. Loved the gimbap, and the chicken tangkong. The vibes are awesome, korean music and films displayed on a big screen TV. The owner is always smiling and super sweet, so is the staff. Give it a try, you won’t regret it🤍

Hands down some of the Best Korean food I’ve had anywhere in the world. The beef bulgogi alone takes the rank as the best I’ve ever had. Side dishes could improve but the food is simple, authentic, and perfect. 👌🏼 10/10

Lovely experience, the restaurant is tiny and basic but food was really tasty especially the bulgugi. Portions were a little small though, and the waitress had an attitude and kept mixing our order with other tables.

Clean seating and comfortable place. Stews with rice and noodles have very large portions. Delicious, wholesome with great depth of flavor. Ingredients taste truly fresh. Complimentary appetizers were great too. Tteok Bokki was average.

Authentic korean food with very friendly staff who recommended their best options. Food tasted great with reasonable prices. Korean owner and plenty of korean guests which shows how authentic the cuisine is. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely love this place. It's been my go to korean restaurant since 2016 and that's not going to change. Would love to see the korean supermarket up and running again soon though.

I truly loved eating there. The food was original. The Korean owner was such a nice man as well. I went there with my little sister and truly enjoyed our time. Totally recommended.
