Nile Garden Hotel

Hotel

😐 Good for people who are looking for cheap hotels. Not good for a family stay. Everything is old and rugged, but kept relatively clean compared to the surroundings. Just beds and few furniture are there. No refrigerator or safety deposits. Elevator is unsafe for kids. Friendly staff, but you have to... People often mention hotel, staff, room, good,

The hotel doesn’t have a pool as shown in the pictures in google. The staff are nice but the manager is very rude The hotel is super old and way overpriced for its condition. The hotel rooms deserve 0 starts but to be fair the hotel has an amazing view but so does all the hotels in the street (all of them are cheaper than the Nile Garden) and the are way more modern. They make you pay for break fast even if you don’t want and it’s a horrible breakfast of you are wondering The shower had the electric plug right next shower. By the time you finish your shower the electric plug will be soaked with water. It’s really unsafe to have that see the photo. I don’t recommend booking this hotel at all. You will be happier with any other option. The street is full of other hotels and apartment rentals

The place needs a makeover badly, didnt feel comfortable at all as i think it needs to be cleaner! The price is very cheap though they are not committed to the price list posted in the hotel. The breakfast was fair. The view from the so called "suite" was perfect. The windows and the balcony door didnt close well so it was cold at night and there was no heater in the room. The location is nice busy with taxis resturants shops supermarkets. The staff of the reception were amazing, the cleaner was weird though! She literally forced her head inside the room when i opened the door, i think she doesnt understand the word privacy. i stayed for one night and moved to another hotel

Marvelous location, kind staff but as a hotel building it is the worst ever it needs more maintenance. As a whole experience i recommend it for short period reservation, it is cheap and located well

After my reservation at a neighboring hotel was canceled, I found myself desperate for a room. Based on the proximity, I was put on the phone with Muhammed at the Nile Garden Hotel to honor my reservation and then directed to come to the hotel. However once I arrived no one at the hotel was aware of our phone conversation and even Muhammed said that I must be mistaken. Now re-explaining my situation to Muhammed, and brief argument, I was offered one of their suites with a balcony overlooking the Nile river for US cash. Considering my situation, frustration, and how much time I had already lost for the day I played Muhammad's game handed over the cash and he handed me the key. Similar to other reviews that question the integrity and morals of the Nile Garden, I suggest that you book other accommodations.

It is very primitive hotel, rooms floors are not clean, no refrigerator, bed sheets are coarse, the only good thing for those who want to settle near to Cairo university hospitals, otherwise it is not recommended at all.

Old property with below average cleanliness, water pools below the shower as drainage is not effective bcoz of which u can't stand below shower ,we asked to change room they refused, Air conditioner is not effective, they charge you for breakfast even if you don't like there breakfast daily boiled eggs with bread jam ,manger is v rude and our flight was after few hours and they charged full day and were not at all flexible with check out time,so we hv to pay for full day,I booked this hotel just bcoz it was near to training course otherwise I will not recommend it.Staff was good but manager is rude and not co operative.
