This was the worst hotel experience i had in my entire life. It's very very old, smelly and dirty. We stayed 3 days in this hotel and out room was never cleaned, bath towels never changed( we had two towels for two persons). On the third day we went to the manager to ask why our room was never cleaned and he told us that they are having problems( did not specified what kind of problems). We had to argue with them to get our room cleaned. The staff at the reception has a very bad English so it was very hard to comunicate with them. They told us that the breakfast was included and the next morning when we went to have breakfast they sent us away because it wasn't included. Worst experience in my life. Please stay away from this hotel

If I could give zero stars I would as this is definitely not a hotel! Staff were so rude and wanted to see our marriage certificate during check in. I advised them that westerners do not carry this around when travelling. Also did not have hot water in the room for 24 hours. Breakfast was OK but staff constantly following us around the buffet.

Shower was hot, and the hotel is near a Papa Johns for quick food stop and a gas station for water, etc. in walking distance. But, like all the reviews below....not a clean place. Found a bra caked in dust in drawers...power went out for a while and the WiFi didn’t come back on. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Very poor service. Old hotel ..bad renovation. Management try to satsify customers.. but they cannot by only words. Highly not recommended.

Is not clean at all and they have no airport shuttle watches they say they have and if you missed breakfast five minutes after 10:30 they have nothing even if you asked them to pay not free rooms is very uncomfortable and not clean is my biggest mistake I booked with them and I lost money in the room I know is my mistake for not using the safe box but the housekeeping found it and they gave me half of it and then they told me they have honest workers I didn't understand how we'd you find half of it and the rest is gust gone anyways I'm not saying that about the hotel because what I lost the hotel should be half of stars not even one star is very unclean bathrooms are very dirty and the rooms not clean with old furniture is gust not worth what I'm paying for I will never go there again and I hope you too

Worst service.. No room AC working. AC Repaired after 2 days. Breakfast was really good. All other services not good. Also I can recommend door security staff which was nice.

Waste of money ... Unfriendly front desk ... As they mentioned there is no late check out ... Front desk answering after ages ... Simple things are not available like a bath tube plug and they r saying its not option !!!!

I used to call reception within the breakfast time and it was "busy"... Later when I called them she said that I have to pay for breakfast cause this is not the breakfast time! (this happened once) .
