This is a very very baaaaaaad hotel. Don’t get bluffed by the reception photos, the rooms and service are very bad. The shower is dirty and THERE IS NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!! Contacted reception and management 1000 times but they didn’t fix any issue. No towels in the rooms. Bad internet connection and coverage. I think their motto is like “if you don’t like this, then leave” Don’t book because they will take your money so quickly and lock you in. So bad experience and I don’t recommend it to others even for a night. سيء جداً جداً،، لا يوجد ماء دافئ للاستحمام والنظافه زيرو. لا انصح به حتى لو لليله.

The whole hotel is dirty. The room is so dirty even after the house keeping cleans it, the bathroom is so dirty, smells very bad and doesn’t operate properly. It doesn’t have a hairdryer. You should ask for whatever you want multiple times to get it. The service is bad. It was a horrible experience

One day before I arrive to the hotel was trying to call hotel numbers as I have late check in all of them not responding and also their email not working. and even after I check in hotel and call reception/ room service/ lundry ( no one answer) I found room doesn't have towels. Very poor customer service and average cleaning, average breakfast do not expect much from this hotel. Also your room key will not work.every single time you need to go to reception to reset it. This hotel is 4 star but it doesn't deserve it barely 3 stars. What is good about it Location. Room and toilet are large.

Respectful reception. This is The most noisy hotel I've slept in.

AVOID AVOID AVOID We were met by a swindler in the lobby (away from the receptionist) Who insisted to take cash rather than any other form of payment. Unusually, the whole check in process was dealt with away from the reception 🤔 we got charged over the agreed rate over the phone under the pretext of (family room). Myself and my two boys, ended up in a two bed room, called the receptionist and asked for a third bed to be brought up, mohamad the receptionist demanded $10 per night for the extra bed although he knew and saw us at the reception we were 3 . I asked to see the hotel policy in black and white as a justification to his lie. He changed his mind and said I can have the extra bed for free. No wifi was provided to our room, very small tv with a broken remote control. The fridge didn’t work at all , no kettle,tea, or coffee, dirty carpet, no towels , no room service. All of that because I argued and paid £40 less than the scam price which was already higher than agreed. You could say we were accommodated with a solitary confinement. Absolute disgrace, dishonesty Bandits , scammers , disrespectful bunch of liars AVOID

I had great view and the room space was fine. Staff could be improved and they should learn to smile more. Security is very high to annoying level. Some of the staff are exceptionally professional

A real disaster , horrible hotel , I didn't see like this before , staying there was a big mistake , not clean , very old furniture and carpets , bathroom was very old and bad , I won't forget room 406 forever , I don't know how could be a hotel like this in that premium location

Was at the Hotel in April 2022 the worst experience. There was never hot water to shower. The enamel in the bath was peeling off. The furniture was old. The lift is old. The reception area looks terrible.... Old furniture the hotel staff was useless and as for the policeman sitting at the entrance serves no purpose I think the price per night is pathetic

It’s not high quality hotel.. Nile view rooms are very good ( for the view) but rooms are not luxurious. Also the cost is high in relation to accommodation quality. If you wanna just a place to sleep in , I think it will be suitable. But if wanna place to meet people in luxurious lobby I think it will not be your choice. Taxi drivers standing in front of the hotel are so annoying and should be stopped by the hotel managers.

In 40 degree Cairo heat, the ac did not work. Called reception multiple time did not pickup. When I spoke to them in person did not fix. Just said sorry. Staff was not helpful. Washrooms were not clean. Bed had hair from past guest which means it was not cleaned or sheets were not changed. Do 🚫 stay here.

No hot water for taking shower, internet very poor and slow, place is very good, rooms are comfortable, receptionist called me at 4 am to ask about reservation, very disrespectful

Overall service is very poor. Rooms needs to improve. Water supply comes on and off. Located in a very nice area but definitely needs more improvement. Hygiene can be improved, bed sheets were old and seem to not be changed regularly. Dust is also widespread in all corners of the rooms. Toilets are also outdated and have an unpleasant stench. Staff will also scam you with their prices. I asked the manager for a bottle of water he charged me 60 EGP however the following day I went the shops myself only to discover the same bottle was priced at 5 EGP.

This one star for the stuff, they are awesome and welcoming, but the hotel is horrible, dirty especially the beds, alleys are super dirty and dark, this should be not more than two stars motel . The wife was a disaster

The Hotel is nice , the location is fantastic, the Room is big size and Breakfast is delicious.

Every morning I go their lounge for my morning tea and breakfast. Great service and the view is breathtaking!

I booked through Booking and I was coming from the airport with a scammer and the employee at the reception helped the scammer take more money from me by forcing me to cancel the reservation and book through him and the hotel was not worth even a quarter of its price.

All stuff are wonderful and helpful, also the location is perfect, just must breakfast be better and they put plastic knife 🔪 and spoon 🥄, and don't have internet connection in our room. We asked to *FIX* it and till now we haven't internet in our room. People at Reception are wonderful, also all who are working here. Amazing Nile view and great rooms.

i forgot my personal wallet ,then i tried to contact them but no answer, they didn’t reply on their phone’s it’s unavailable all the time ,my friend in cairo went there for asking about my wallet but they ignored him also they didn’t have any professional methods and behaviourz

The view was amazing open to the nile without any restrictions, the prices are moderate. The service is cool, and the staff were friendly. drinks are good, but not very high-quality. The overall experience was good.

A bad experience on first day at Cairo. No hot water, No TV show, No hot water or Tea/Coffee in the room nobody speaks any language other than Arabic

Probably the worst experience in a hotel. They only took cash charged me a 115 we left and went to a Hilton. Westerners beware don’t stay here! Front desk pocketed the $$$$$$$$$$ no towels water worked when it wanted to. Never again

Room wasn't clean. Curtains looked stained from long usage without wash. Hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation yet unnecessarily pricey. It was disappointing

Very poor service, hygiene doesn’t exist in this place , horrible experience , even the fridge is so dirty ,it smells bad and has flies in it! , and it was 90 dollars for one night for twin bedroom , we paid 100$ so they re clean everything but it was still bad.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Not very fancy. Location is good and got access to all sorts of transports. The Nile view is awesome but the noise coming out the main Cornish road is horrible. But the overall experience is very good.

Wouldn't recommend at all Rooms without towels or toilet paper, sinks and bath are cracked and stained WiFi doesn't work , the key cards don't work, no water to drink, no cattle or heater no coffee or tea nothing , air conditioner doesn't work and staff doesn't respond to your complain

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and all I can say we really enjoyed our time. Location is very good and taxi can really easily find to the hotel. It Is next to Nile. Our balcony was located for backyard and we preferred because traffic noise would be too much if we had balcony with Nile view. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Staff over all was really professional and also cleaning lady did good work. I would give 8/10. Minus points would come from bathroom, it needed good cleaning. Bedsheets also would have been better. Breakfast was okey and all was fresh. We can really recommend this hotel and next time we will Book this hotel again.
