Zayed Hotel offers impressive value for money, though the noise levels are quite high. Stayed here over 2 weeks. Details:- Pros: -Clean room -Modern, clean bathroom -Spacious -Excellent location -Price -Breakfast is good -Reception desk staff are friendly Cons: -LOUD music playing in the rooftop section -Mosquitoes (seriously, armies of them) -Poor shower experience -Rude cleaning personnel -Area full of stray dogs which bark all night Recommended if staying for long durations and you want to save some cash, provided you don't mind the noise.

Avoid at all costs. - Loud music comes from the dancing room on the 9th floor. Until 2:15 in the morning (for proof check the other reviews below).Twice a week (according to reception). - Poorly insulated windows let the noise (barking dogs, cars, honks, people singing) from the streets in. We asked for a refund which was declined after a night of loud disco music. Never again.

Unfortunately there is nothing good to be said about the rooms. Everything is extremely old and dirty. However, the most problematic part is the very high level of music that is clearly heard in the room up until 2-3 am EVERY single day (I am still listening to the live singing show while writing this review)! This clearly means the hotel does not care about the comfortness of its guests, which is number-one rule for any hotel. Although the location is perfect for me and the staff has been very kind and helpful, I'll never stay here again due to music thing.

Overall it was a good experience, the best thing about this hotel is that it's in a quiet are away from street noises, good price compared to other similar hotels, good free breakfast, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The service was consistently excellent, and all the staff members were extremely helpful. The reception team went above and beyond in arranging taxis and tours. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the rooms was both nice and clean. However, I would suggest that the bathroom could use some improvement, particularly in terms of having a more efficient extractor fan to eliminate odors more quickly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. It would be even better if they had a slightly different menu on different days for variety. Nevertheless, I was pleased with buffet and the service. The hotel's motto, "Come as guests and leave as friends," truly lived up to its promise. My family and I felt that warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay, and we indeed left as friends.

My first impression: Upon entry, I was welcomed by hazy glow of warm sunset-orangy lights against the walls with ancient Egyptian carvings. You know you are in Egypt. You feel that you are in Egypt. You know that you are at the right location and that your short stay will be memorable and definitely not your last stay. Mr Ramy at reception was super helpful. His even natured, quiet personality makes no-one want to leave. Bedroom was neat and tidy, clean and hygienic, fitted with a bar fridge, AC, television and a private bathroom. This little gem, a tranquil piece of heaven, is simply perfect if you are looking for a place to make you feel like a guest in an ancient Egyptian home. If you don't mind very basic simplicity, then the breakfast would be exactly that. Proportion wise it was beyond my expectations. It was really a breakfast for a man. A very hungry, very big man. It caters for all pallets. As an expat, you'd find what you are used to; with the added bonus of superbly prepared foul and ta'meya with brown shami bread.😋 The eye catching logo: "enter as a guest and leave as a friend" rings true. I'd certainly return there, but only if my budget allows. The booking per night seemed a bit steep. After tax and what-nots were added in, the advertised price changed by 75%. The cleaning staff were super friendly and ready to assist with anything I required in the cleaning line. Overall a little Egyptian piece of serenity lies tucked away behind the renovated park. Well worth checking out. 😊

Mizar Aristo Pub is a nice place to have a drink and dance. Actually, their mezza's are delicious.

The room was very dirty, the ac filters never been cleaned, small window with the view of the internal yard with some unfinished building, location is ok but I was expecting a higher level of cleanliness from booking.com hotel and it seems like people smoke inside the rooms and in lobby so it stinks everywhere

I had bad experience because of the late night party over my roof and I had to leave the hotel after the first night stay. The room space was an advantage.

The Hotel is clean, the rooms are big & the beds are very comfortable. The cleaners do a good job. Mostly importantly the workers are all really nice & always ask if you need anything.
