The 3 stars I’m giving is only for the excellent personnel and the great location. Everything else is just ready to fall apart in the rooms. The reception hall is exactly like in the photos but when you go upstairs to the room it’s tragically awful. Building needs maintenance.

Except Superior Suite room, the other rooms are all terrible. The toilet was disgusting, the facility was old and dirty. when I took shower the water couldn't drained off. Room smell was bad, bed sheet was old. If you come here only Superior Suite could suite you but its price is high, otherwise you should choose other hotel. One good point is hotel's staff at reception, they're very polite and professional

The main asset of the Atlas hotel is it’s location in the old Cairo, quite close to the main market and metro stations. Neighbourhood is safe, with many ATMs around. No restaurants nearby. In terms of the hotel itself, it looks a bit oudated in the front. Rooms standard are diversified. Had to change the room as the first one was gloomy, very dingy (especially bathroom) and not clean enough. Next room on 6th floor was OK - spacious, bright and renovated. Restaurant seems to be unappealing, but the food is fresh and tasty. Staff is polite and do their best.

Obviously not a five-star hotel, but great value for money - the room was clean, the bed was confortable, and everything was working properly. Cherry on the cake, the staff was very caring. I’d definitely stay there again on my next trip to Cairo.

This was suitable for a one night stay. Room was big. Windows didn't close properly. It is situated alongside busy streets, so there will be noise from the road. The bathroom lacked a shower cubicle, so this does result in the whole bathroom becoming a wet area. Room smelt like smoke. Breakfast was only ok. Overall it was fine for me and was what I was expecting.

Marina was very helpful to check me in after the first check in attempt by another receptionist went a very wrong way to give a claustrophobic room without seeing the outside world. Marina was prompt and understood my fear and need. The exterior of the hotel is under construction and the surrounding looks environmentally not pleasing, other than that the guest service was excellent from Marina and the interior looks posh and chic.

I have passed a very bad 10 days stay in this hotel. Yes the people in the front office was kind but unfortunately they suggested to me a very dark and bad room so different of the one I have ordered. The second room was better but so noisy. I sincerely regret this choise.

Very nice and pleasant hotel in the downtown Cairo. Interior design is good. Serves very good buffet style breakfast. Very reasonable charges. Metro mosque and market is nearby. Good restaurants also near.

Great option given the prices. Best for living in downtown. 500-600 meters walk from metro stations. Approximately 1.5-2 kilometers from nile river.

We were a family of 10 having booked 5 rooms for 6 days - all the staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very spacious, the breakfast was traditional Egyptian with some other pastries and eggs and was fresh delicious and set us wonderfully for day. Also great coffee shop on ground floor. The location was short drive / can walk to downtown attractions and also had variety of nearby restaurants, fresh bakeries, orange phone shop etc We would stay again and thank the team for a great stay. Internet was also fine although we did have local sims.

After a rough start it ended up being a pleasant stay. At first we got a room on the 10th floor that was being renovated, and rightly so. There was no shower curtain, and the shower head came off. I thought that was a joke, but when the toilet broke as well, we asked for another room. That is why the 4 stars for the rooms. We only received 1 towel, and even when we asked for one more, they only gave us small ones, that is why the 4 stars for service. However, overall, 5 stars, because they were flexible, they upgraded our room for free, and the overall service was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Great value for the money.

Our Visit was in May 2023 at the 7th floor ( which looked innovated) The staff is Friendly and ready to serve or help you. They have great manners and are always Smiley too. They even held our luggage after our check out for free. The room is ok, our beds mat was curvy so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep but it is manageable , the bathroom was fine and we had new towels everyday. The breakfast is ok if you are going to eat from the eggs , beans , sausages ( and other covered food) but there was a problem with flies that would sit in the uncovered food.. note that we didn't have any stomach problems from eating there. The hotel location is pretty good too, 25 min walk from el Khalil market and around 40 from Nile . There is a street mini market close by to buy water and some snack. Hotel definitely worth it's value and we would book it again during our next visit in Cairo .

Abdulziz the manager is an amazing person, Marina and Ahmed are the best receptionists ever , the place is amazing for those people who want to experience Egyptian neighborhood

The female reception employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and some of the requirements were easily met. As it is still winter in Egypt the problem of hot tap water was never resolved. Wifi was not working in all places. Breakfast was good considering it is Ramadhan month. Nice location and overall good

Authentic Cairo experience. I was at the 7th floor and I could hear honks from the street 18 hours a day. There is no soundproofing at all. Internet barely worked sometimes. At breakfast they only had instant coffe, but the food was good. And when I checked out they added a bunch of things I didn't have to my bill. 🙂 The staff was polite though and the location is excellent from my point of view. I don't regret going to this hotel but for sure I can't recommend it.

Disorganized in a never seen way. Tried to double charge me shuttle to airport, morning receptionist didn't know even that they have this service. Shuttle arrived 40 mins later even if we agreed a specific time. No towels in the room, I needed to ask multiple times for them. Seems they forgot everything and they don't share information each other. For sure not the 5 star service they declare. They tried but they failed. Room enough clean for the Egyptian standards and good breakfast (the only real positive point)

The most dirty hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The rooms were uncleaned, bed sheets not changed from previous clients. Have you ever stayed at a hotel were the sheets were not ironed?well this happenes n this hotel.

extremely dirty, stains in toilet, stains on bed sheet. Didn't clean our room for 2 days, when we asked for towels, it took them 3 hours to bring it. we told manager and they said they will deal with it. and after 3 months and several excuses ( Ramadan, etc), they still did not solve the issues. They delay helping you on purpose so that you will forget about it and not leave a bad comment. That's the only reason why the have 8 out of 10. Don't trust the rating here, you're so much better off somewhere else. We booked another hotel in Cairo for cheaper price but so much cleaner. Go elsewhere!

Hotel looks good, has good accommodation the staff is quite friendly but the facilities and the building itself is under construction, it's an old building, don't have hairdryer and you should bring your shampoo etc. The breakfast is poor, don't offer many choices, only basic.

The staff were superb, faultless, from the amazing Ayah who stayed late Into the night to welcome us as our plane was hours late, to the receptionists, bar/waiting staff and cleaners. Mr Amr Sabri who couldn't do enough to help us and showed us the real Cairo, and Mohamedimam (hope I spelled your name right). Top class value for money, and welcomed like a family member, couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely return to this hotel. Beautiful country, Beautiful people and Beautiful Hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists and staff ever, adding to that the warmness and efficiency of the tour Manager. We had a lovely and great first impression about the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean and stylish, rooms were well equipped and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. We were very pleased with our stay and certainly had the best trip ever. We strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. Last but not least, a special thanks to Marina and Amr, the key people for this amazing and unforgettable trip we had.

The hotel was perfect cool. The location was quite easy and near the central. There is a metro station and supermarket very close to hotel. You can walk everywhere. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist Mia was very supportive, trustful and helpfull. Thanks a lot for everthing. If I come to Cairo again, I will stay at the same hotel for sure.

All staff members make you feel at home and helped with anything that we needed. We walked to the Egyptian Museum from the hotel. The rooms are value for money, but I would recommend to book a deluxe or higher graded room (the standard room is Egyptian standard, not European). We liked the food in the Cafe/Restaurant very much and it is very reasonable priced.

Overall great experience, Especially that man Muhammad enam , who was a very nice and cooperative gaye. Can't forget the cooperation, dedication and sincerity of Mai Rfat(receptionist). She is an asset to the hotel management.
