My
experience
trying
to
book
an
appointment
here
has
left
me
questioning
the
ethics
and
quality
of
service
at
this
establishment.
I
would
advise
others
to
consider
alternatives
where
ethical
standards
and
respectful
customer
service
are
upheld.
Save
your
money,
time,
and
energy;
look
elsewhere
for
healthcare
services.
I
had
a
disappointing
experience
attempting
to
book
an
appointment
with
Dr.
Medhat
Saleh's
clinic.
Initially,
I
was
informed
that
I
had
to
see
one
of
his
colleagues
first,
undergo
tests,
and
then
schedule
an
online
appointment
with
Dr.
Medhat.
I
asked
if
I
could
directly
book
an
online
appointment
to
save
time,
and
they
confirmed
I
could.
However,
they
questioned
whether
I
lived
in
Egypt
or
abroad,
suggesting
different
pricing
based
on
our
location,
despite
being
Egyptians.
This
pricing
discrepancy
seemed
unethical
for
a
place
we're
meant
to
trust
for
sensitive
procedures.
And
for
your
information,
they
also
charge
different
prices
for
foreigners,
with
UAE
citizens
for
example
facing
higher
bills
than
Yemeni
citizens.
When
I
attempted
to
book
an
online
appointment,
the
customer
service
representative
spoke
to
me
in
a
disrespectful
tone,
questioning
why
I
was
booking
online
if
I
was
in
Egypt.
Such
invasive
inquiries
and
rude
behavior
are
unacceptable
in
customer
service.
