The gym is super clean and neat, it's all what you need in one well organized area. What makes it special is that the owner is a certified coach who's really decent and makes sure that everything is done perfectly!

Apartment turned gym. Small , crowded , dirty . Not enough equipment . When it's busy it feels like the metro ... And above all that it's expensive .... Not recommended

Busy gym , weights thrown everywhere, chaotic , unorganized and very annoying personal trainers. Instead of annoying people they could try to keep the gym more organized. Too many staff members but everybody does nothing.

This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Everything is so clean. Good mix of functional fitness with traditional gym equipment. A rare outdoor area located in the heart of mohandsein. Just the perfect place to workout.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to! Besides the basic cardio and weights available: All essentials for powerlifters are there Squat rack, barbells, straps For crossfitters: assault bikes, outside court with ropes and space for you to do a crazy workout Then: unbelievably polite and helpful staff They clean the gym, help with getting your weights off the bar, ask if the room temperature is ok etc. The gym itself isn’t the biggest however everything you need is there. It was not busy at all- I went from 7-9 pm on a Friday. There are showers available and lockers as well as protein bars and other snacks and drinks. Day pass is 250 egp.

Hands down best powerlifting gym in Egypt, the club community is amazing(very supportive and encouraging),the gym itself is top-notch at all times (in terms of hygiene, everything is consistently sanitized and the place is very well supplied and taken care of),very safe (countless times I forgot various things in the gym and came back and found them), excellent maintenance, they provide you with almost everything related to strength training and powerlifting(from belts, wrist wraps, bands, chalk… to ofc the powerlifting bars and calibrated plates), variety of high quality equipment and out door area is quite refreshing if you ever wanted to switch up things a bit

24/7 Gym which is a rare to find these days. The gym is mainly dedicated to powerlifting. Mainly free weights , bars & dumbbells . Need to have some more machines & equipment.

In general, the Club gym is very well organized either concerning the communication between the administration and the members (renewal of membership, schedules and maintenance closures…etc) or for the equipment, tools and cleanliness. I would like to thank Captain Sami very much for his patience, his vigilance , his follow-up to each member progress and for motivating us.

Getting fit is tough , but with a great trainer as Captain Samy Abu el Ezz & in a top-notch gym (in terms of hygiene & being very well equipped),it becomes way less overwhelming. Thanks to Captain Samy and all the friendly supportive stuff.
