At the end the management made me pay for everything, I ended up paying more than the original surgery. No one said we are sorry. If you intend to go there, make sure to count for the infection treatment, don’t risk your life please, for your beloved ones.

If there is hell on earth, it’s in this hospital. CHG put all their enthusiasm into design and none into healthcare and customer service. Aside from being extremely overpriced, this is the worst medical facility I’ve ever seen. You will spend most of your day waiting for the elevator which is super slow and always crowded, clearly not enough for all visitors and employees. Work is not coordinated, there are like three accounting offices on different floors and they keep sending you from one to another with the only purpose to get rid of you. Security staff is a cherry on this beautiful cake. They will interrogate you multiple times and follow your every step, making you feel like a criminal. Extremely insulting behavior and obviously too much authority given to them. Intensive care charges 15k per night and doesn’t even provide a private room. It’s basically an aisle split into teeny tiny “rooms” with curtains. Security will follow you there too and watch you like a prisoner. It took us over 4 hours to get my father-in-law out of there. First they tried to charge us 10k extra for the services that we haven’t even received and then couldn’t finalize paperwork for hours. Slow, unprofessional, careless and rude.
