Sunday
shops
are
closed,
there
are
very
few
old
shops
which
sell
authentic
items.
This
is
one
of
the
major
markets
where
localities
shop
as
well.
The
pictures
on
internet
paints
an
attractive
image
of
the
place
but
that
is
only
the
lamps
shop
which
is
just
one
part
of
the
market
(Photos
added).
We
later
got
to
know
that
many
old
shops
which
used
to
make
one
of
its
kind
products
is
largely
gone.
Very
few
shops
which
are
hundreds
of
years
old
and
sell
authentic
products
do
exists
but
you
have
to
know
where
to
look
for
it.
There
are
some
small
restaurants
within
the
market,
few
people
playing
instruments
and
singing
along
brought
a
local
vibe
to
the
place
when
we
were
shopping.
Many
items
are
delicate
and
are
prone
to
break
so
ask
for
a
good
bubble
wrap
packing
if
you
buy
something.
Most
important
one,
bargain
the
price
for
anything
and
everything.
Start
at
30%
of
the
rate
they
mention
and
go
upto
50%
max.
Sometimes
they
themselves
quote
a
price
and
reduce
it
immediately
saying
they
are
giving
you
a
discount.
Ask
for
a
lower
price
than
that.
Try
the
trick
of
walking
away
in
case
they
don't
reduce.
Sometimes
they
come
back
to
you
with
the
price
you
asked
for.
