Telephone lines are down most of the time and even call center is uninformative and poor!! Emergency section is slightly better and acceptable, but still better to go to another hospital instead!! I wish there is an option for Zero stars. What a horrible experience. Dirty hospital, you smell cigarettes smoke everywhere, very rude nurses in the ICU. Extremely hot ICU as the Air Conditioners on the patients sides are turned off but the one for medical staff is always on. My patient spent 20 hours in the ICU and was not administered any pain killers although it was clearly mentioned to them that it has to be administered.
