Terrible experience to reserve. They ask for tons of information (very judgmental) and finally they always come up with “sorry, we are fully booked”. I had to find a connection to complete our reservation. The venue is good. However, AC is terrible and no matter what the season is, you will end up soaked in sweat and almost no air to breathe indoors. Entry fees usually ranges from EGP 200 to 500 depending on the type of event, but you get nothing for these fees (unlike other venues where they charge you for a minimum amount that you can use to order from the menu). Not recommended.

Music was perfect!! Good atmosphere and fun drinks. The only reason I gave it 3 stars and not 5 is because they allow smoking indoors which is such a nuisance for me. I know it’s legally allowed in Egypt but it’s still quite a turn off to want to have fun/ dance and be forced to smoke a million second hand cigarettes. There’s a very spacious patio where people can smoke too so there are options.

Yesterday I went to Cairo Jazz 610. It was one of the best places for me until what happened yesterday. I booked at Wednesday for Thursday concert and went yesterday and at the door they told me we are fully booked and I can’t find your reservation due to overbooking and celebrities. Seriously, are you kidding me!! Knowing that they accepted my reservation and sent me a text message to confirm the appointment and I went within the time specified during the reservation. What happened yesterday was the height of bad taste. How can a big venue like Cairo Jazz do that when they don't really value anything? It was one of the worst transactions for me. It is not professional or respectful at all. I don't advise anyone to go at all

This place has been amazing for us to spend a weekend with friends whenever we're in town. Makes a weekend away from Gouna truly worth it. However, the experience we've been having with their Facebook handler is the absolute worst. I understand why you gotta be selective but, should NEVER make a bad judgment. Specially; when it comes to someone who goes there pretty often. The discrimination, and the way of handling my request has been just really disgusting. Although we go there pretty often; now outta sudden whenever I message them to make a booking; I get the same answer? That you're at your full capacity? Meanwhile; once my girlfriend makes the reservation for us all works out? Totally unacceptable & disrespectful! The picture I'm attaching was just a MIN after I got my request disapproved. You need to get a better handler who'd be able to make better judgments. Instead of making your place look extremely bad & pushing people who used to love the place; to completely hate it!

Unreliable and subpar customer service First I tried reaching out to get more details about the event; they never returned my calls despite the fact that I sent them my number on messenger. I booked a table for 2 and paid online. Later on when I arrived, I was told that the minimum number for table booking is 6 people; this is something they never mentioned on messenger or anywhere. The guy in charge of handling this situaion was unprofessional on so many levels; he was bragging that this tiny bar has 700 reservations for the night and they don't even follow basic safety standards! The kiddo has zero problem solving skills. We were totally uncomfortable staying there and ended up getting a full refund and went to Hyatt Regency Cairo West instead. Bottom line: don't rely on this bar. I'd highly recommend you either hire proper customer service team or provide them with basic training at least.

Terrible customer service. The worst place ever to party. They ask people who made reservations to come too early for no reason. Their staff has the worst attitude ever. They wouldn’t even bother explaining anything about their dumb rules.

The venue isn't worth a visit. They enforce a regressive "mixed couples policy" where women are objectified, used as accessories for men's entry. If you're a woman, beware. Male tourists are encouraged to bring women with them just to enter this so-called "safe space." I read a 1-star review where a woman brought three "friends," but they only let her in, not the men on her list. Why should they judge your worthiness based on your social media followers and photos for a jazz club visit? When you call, they insist on booking through Facebook to vet you based on your photos and social class, which they label as "invites only" or "exclusive crowd." They should focus on the number of people reading Google reviews rather than Facebook photos. Their rating would likely be higher than 4.1.

not worth it.. very strict rules regarding entrance time..after entering literallyyou will stand 2 hours until any band will start playing if you reserve at the bar you will definitely stand all evening.. unfortunately, it was very bad experience for me. and no pos at entrance and bar.. cash only !!!!

The place is not worth the try!! You need to have a woman with you as part of their backward "mixed couples policy", Which in fact is very degrading to WOMEN to say the least ,where you as a woman will be used as an accessory for men to enter. If you are a woman reading this review, please know that male tourists who like live music are being told to drag a woman with them so they can let men into their SAFE SPACE!! I was reading a 1 star review here of a woman who brought 3 "friends" with her, she booked and they confirmed then when she got there they told her we can let you in (the woman) but the other names are not on the list 😅 I bet they were 3 men. Another thing why do you need to see how many followers I have and check my photos online to know that I'm Jazz Club worthy 🤣? When you call, they tell you to book through Facebook, and not through instagram or whatsapp, for example, because they can access your photos and do a class-based vetting before you come to their place. (What they name: invites only, exclusive crowd etc..) I think they should count how many people see these reviews on Google instead of checking out photos on Facebook, they would have a rating better than a 3.9

They have a nice atmosphere both indoor and outdoor. Nice dance floor and spacious for dancing both indoor and out. Good music. However the normal drinks like plain lemon juice cost an Outrageous price of 180 LE on the bar. In Egypt that's even more expensive than room service prices at 5 star hotels. Sometimes it does get really crowded indoors. Oh and forget Hot Drinks. It's almost never available.

They lied to us and told us the alcohol was imported when it was Egyptian. They gave us a menu with different prices then what we actually payed. The place was empty yet they were very difficult with the reservation. The music was okay but th DJ came so late

Incredibly rude staff, they will cater to whoever is paying the most. We ordered food, they asked us to get out of our seats while we were eating, with nowhere else to sit. They don't mind making you feel unwelcome. Terrible experience

We booked for Abu, we were told to come here at 8.30pm, and that our reservation will not be secured if we arrive later than 9:00pm. Until 10pm they were doing sound checks, it's 12:30 and they don't have anything other than boring background music! Not even DJ. When we ask the schedule keep on shifting. This is extremely disrespectful for our time especially that it's midweek!

Good music and good food and drinks. Most importantly, nice crowd, and it is well priced. Only point to take care of, is to pace yourself with liquid intake, so that u don't have to visit the restrooms frequently, because the journeh is quite adventurous when the place is crowded.

Terrace 610 A great opening with a super delicious menu designed by my friend Marwa. Excellent choice of appetizers and main course. Have to give it a try. The only negative thing is their service ( really late)

Place is amazing and music is just perfecto. Has indoor and outdoors area. The problem when it comes very crowded people start pushing which is weird giving space is big but may be they want to be near the music and don't have credit card option when I went

The place is amazing it gives you a soothing sensation when you enter with lights, decor and the friendly staff members. My only negative comment would be that the food and alcohol there are a little overpriced.

Cash on door? Again ? What da hell is going on Super overcrowded, the venue can barely handle 2k people, they let 3k inside ( imagine that) Extremely expensive bouchon n drinks Very bad experience

  • 1/5 Laila A. 3 months ago on Google New
Couldn't even reserve because no Facebook account and they do not respond to emails from the website contact form or to messages from their Instagram page. This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and turned us off from visiting. I've been to many other venues in a different country and they were nowhere close to this mess because you either waited at the entrance or booked a ticket online.

This place used to be our favorite but lately the reservation team either on fb or at the doors are very bad, we used to be regular guests, they publish the event then at the same time the reservation team on fb says sorry it is fully booked, me and my friends have been trying to book over a month but with no luck as they publish the event even if it is fully booked, also there is a man ( door selector) who is really rude and gives awful excuses, so in a nutshell if you want to enter cairo jazz 610 you have to تشم على ظهر ايدك to guess the event before being published so you can make a reservation before. This was escalated but no one cares.

This place is a top hit in Cairo. But having been there during the bubble gum 90’s event was fantastic. Couldn’t have seen it any better. Music was fabulous and the whole place was just buzzing. Food was super and the pizza is a must try.

The door receptionist is not the nicest guy. They let young crowd get in while the reservation policy was only above 25. They didn't accept the credit card payment at the entrance. Really I had to go outside withdraw money and get back in!!!!!!!

The most disrespectful staff you can ever encounter.Reserve you a place, and if you went alone and you don't go with your girl you can't enter and suddenly the party becomes for couples only.
