I love costa whatever where , I love ❤️ corto and turkey 🇹🇷 coffee ☕️ This is one of famous Costa coffee family located down town in aI tried many types of them ,Turkish croissant and cheese ,Cheese croissant, Corto Classic, Micato my very special place.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It consists of two floors the lower one for non smoking area and the upper floor for smoking. It is usually no quiet and not vacant. It serve the normal costa menu of beverages, bakery and desserts. , they just need more chairs and tables in this branche ❤️❤️❤️❤️ But costa always my only favorite 😍

Having been a Costa customer for 13 years I was very disappointed by the quality of coffee. My constant go to order has been " Caramel Machiato " and thus is always my measure for consistency across all branches. Despite the the strategic location nestled in the legendary immobilia building as well as the recently revamped interior featuring a wall mural by a local artist I am disappointed that the coffee which is the core offering didn't come through. With a booming coffee scene in Egypt, I can't see why Costa isn't keeping up to stay in the game.

Not bad for a coffee or tea, nothing special about their pastry, a bit pricey for what you get. Ground floor seating is limited and it is for non smokers, second floor is for smokers, service is a little bit slow and the presentation is lacking (areas for improvement).

It's a Costa coffee like anywhere else. I went here because I needed to get some work writing done, and I find myself working better in an environment like Costa, The downstairs is really nice with table and power plugs, super friendly staff the upstairs is good, but too much smoke 🚬 for me.

I just love their coffee, this is the fifth branch that I review, the service and products are the same high standard I used to in every costa coffee in Cairo but this one actually busy that I had to wait almost 20 minutes outside for the next available table, the upper floor for smoking while the street level floor is for none smoking which is a very good arrangement for a coffee shop in Cairo where everybody smokes every where, if you found the place very busy ask the manager to reserve the next available table for, he will do it for you.

The only place in Egypt i had to review badly. The coffee tasted like burnt charcoal in water and the sandwich was put in the oven on low heat and it was dry and cheese HASNT melted. The carrot cake was UNEDIBLE it was super sweet it felt sweeter than pure sugar. Says free Wifi on door but workers say no wifi.

When we ask for an extra shot of coffee we get an average flavoured coffee. Serve was friendly but a little slow for a venue that does takeaway. Carrot cake was good. The serving sizes are larger than what we get in Australia. Fellow Aussies, small is medium. Medium is large and their larger ... probably shouldn't be tackled!

I recommend staff education about cultural diversity and re- training for customer service and processing orders. In summary, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Costa coffee shop.
