The
customer
service
employees
needs
retraining.
I
was
standing
by
the
cashier
waiting
to
be
served,
while
the
barista
was
behind
the
counter.
I
waited
patiently,
then
another
customer
arrived
and
one
of
the
baristas
asked
if
he
needed
help,
and
said
he
wanted
to
place
an
order,
then
the
other
barista
came
over
to
take
his
order.
At
that
time
I
mentioned
I
was
waiting
for
her
to
take
my
order,
the
other
customer
said
of
course
go
ahead.
The
barista
said
the
store
doesn't
s
have
large
size
cup
for
my
coffee,
then
I
mentioned
I
will
dine
in
if
she
has
large
serving
cups,
which
she
denied,
insisted
there
is
small
and
medium
size
cups
only.
Then
the
order
was
wrong
,
I
asked
for
hot
latte
with
an
extra
shot
and
I
got
an
iced
latte.
My
daughter's
americano
coffee
was
in
a
paper
cup
without
lid
or
sleeve,
again
we
were
dine-
in,
and
the
coffee
was
supposed
to
be
served
in
a
glass
coffee
cup.
My
latte
was
replaced
by
a
hot
small
cup
and
without
the
extra
espresso
shot
I
asked
for.
The
donuts
were
stale,
and
I
had
to
go
and
asked
for
the
water
I
ordered
earlier
because
the
barista
forgot
to
hand
it
with
the
orders.
I
recommend
staff
education
about
cultural
diversity
and
re-
training
for
customer
service
and
processing
orders.
In
summary,
I
had
an
extremely
unpleasant
experience
at
Costa
coffee
shop.
