I have been buying for more than a year every month. Then I asked them for a small discount on a piece and then I was told this is not possible in an unfriendly way. Yes, it's nice but it doesn't hold value and they do not have any appretiation to loyal customers.in addition, the old lady was quite rude and unfriendly.
