I have been trying to buy a few items from here for a week now, and I am not able to purchase & complete my transaction via my foreign credit card online (for gift purposes), and when that option becomes available - it is geo-restricted to just billing addresses in Egypt which makes no sense. I tried reaching out to customer service, but I really just get one-line responses that miss what I am trying to explain to them is the issue & they are late at that. It's frustrating & perplexing because there's plenty of other small businesses in Egypt that I have purchased from for lesser amounts & none of them give me this much trouble, and Lazurde is meant to be the largest jewelry dealer in the region. I am now moving on to another online retailer because of time. Fix this please!!!
