The worst hospital ever. I think the name is wrong instead of life should be the end of life . charge me over 90000 and in matter of 12 days. My father almost died I want to different hospital. I do not recommend it to even take my dogs to this hospital

The worst hospital ever. Please don’t go there are far better hospitals and when I tried to reach the manager he was not there and instead i spoke to someone named hany who is supposedly insurance manager, he is not professional nor polite.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRRIBLE ....The worst you can expect of a hospital. I could write a book about how terrible this place is. Not to mention how always-late, incompetent and unprofessional most doctors here are. I think it gained its fame from providing free services to the clergymen. (Not sure if it's totally free though). There are signs and boxes on every corner that say (No Tips to the staff and everything goes in the box), however, the staff are well trained to bug you to tip them. Literally every one!

Worst post operative care ever , nurses are rude and haven't been teached how to treat patients after any surgery with a smile , I would specify the nurse who is called Ahmed ,in the presedential suite , this guy doubles or triples any post operative pain, the definition of rudeness and poor behaviour , very shameful especially because many good doctors work in this place . Clean atmosphere, kind people and GREAT doctors especially Dr. Hany Maurice my special gratitude for his professionalism and kindness. Just a few comments to the personal as communication between reception and other departments needs to be improved. As well , one of the man nurses misbehaved toward me. I wished to report him but I didn’t feel good that day. And when I felt better, this nurse did not entered into my room again. He should not be a nurse at all. And unfortunately I didn’t memorize his name too. I saw him once only . Special thanks to all doctors- they are very good.

Very bad performance no one responded for doctor appointment cancellation

I had a very bad experience with a renowned orthopedic doctor at Al Hayat Hospital called DR. *Amgad Mahros* . The doctor showed a complete lack of attention to my complaint and had insufficient expertise in diagnosis and treatment. Additionally , his manner of dealing with people was extremely poor. I was extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism displayed by this doctor. I would not recommend seeking treatment from him.

Doctors arrive late to their appointments. Nursing staff performance is average. Administrative procedures are above average. Customer Care is average. Switchboard service is so bad

Terrible intensive care. Nurses have no mercy and don’t care about the patients, specially overnight. Not recommended for your beloved ones.

My husband has gone through a difficult surgery bypass last week and spent 3 days in the CCU and few days in a room. Nursing was amazing in both, they took great care and were perfectly comfortable and caring. I highly recommend anyone in need to go to this hospital.

Post-operative care was great overall. Nurses and doctors were nice and eager to help. Hospital food quality was surprisingly good considering it’s a hospital.

The Nursing is great , well mannered and polite and follow protocol, adminstrative staff non medical doctors on the other hand are rude ill mannered with attitude, like most hospitals unfortunately non medical people are the cause of all problems

There are several hospitals that use the name “El Hayah.” This one is located in El-Korba, Masr El-Gididah. This hospital, for lack of a better word, is probably the worst in Egypt. The Physicians themselves sell the service and collect the funds for surgery before they operate. One of the two surgeons misrepresented the hospital costs and lied about the necessity for intensive care. The Hospital does not provide accounting for the money it collects. The Hospital Security Force will hold your patient until you pay. They have administered the wrong medication to a patient. Two of the physicians that we interacted with were incompetent. One of the physicians completely misdiagnosed a condition. The other showed a lack of knowledge on a very simple medical issue. Many of the nurses are dangerously uneducated. The physicians and nurses are hygienically unfit to be near patients.
