The coffee drinks were okay 👍🏻 (flat white- iced spanish latte) The vibes of the place were great 😌

I love paul they have high quality products and services. The bread is always fresh and delicious. The olive oil and olive paste was so good. I made a special order to receive this steak and it didn't disappoint. Its really good perfectly cooked and the meat was great.

Honestly one of the best hanging out places in New Cairo, their food is really good and honestly underrated. Their coffee is amazing; excellent blend and taste, they also have good juice and tea selection. Their deserts are also great, they use fine ingredients and unique recipes, and they only have freshly baked items.

I tried the "croque madame" very delicious but a bit dry for me, with honey cinnamon latte and mixed berries tart which was the happy ending for me lol.

As for Nour; she was good, working hard , but needs to be better in dealing with the clients in terms of care and mindfulness. Servers in Paul need to be assessed and trained to make sure they are not impacted by their personal life in their work place when performing at work and dealing with clients.

The food tastes amazing, the staff is VERY friendly and courteous. Orders came on time. Overall cleanliness was very good. Prices are not expensive for the quality and service you get. Temperatures were checked and hand sanitizers offered before we were offered a table. Would definitely recommend!

I love the food at Paul, the quality of their ingredients are far better than other places. I feel it is slightly overpriced. The tables are too close to each other, we can hear other conversations i.e. not recommended for dates or romantic nights. The service is excellent but sometimes slow.

The outdoor area is very popular for breakfast on weekends. Friendly staff and good quality food. Not as good as it used to be before flotation of the pound when they used to import most ingredients. Quinoa salad is quite dry - not recommended. Burger patty felt like it has lots of bread or soy beans but the overall burger is nice.
