It was me and my friend we ordered two funghis. Everything is great. The staff are very friendly. The pizza is really delicious. The pizza dough itself is delicious. What really unique and delicious was the tomato sauce I can’t understand how but it is really different. Prices are relatively higher than similar places. Vegan cheese could be more on the pizza but it was only on some parts not same as how the non-vegan served. But I believe with working on customers feedback you will be always crowded. Keep it up.

This is your basic, simple yet amazing Neapolitan pizza Not a lot of varieties but everything is so fresh and on spot! We had the meat lovers and the pesto pizza Both were great We had the Nutella calzone for dessert, it was nice too but you won’t feel like you’re missing out on anything if you didn’t get it. Also the lemonade was quite good. Only problem is that it’s quite pricey so buckle up 😅 Oh and the staff were nice too..

It’s so crazy to me that pizza this good can be found in Egypt! It was suggested to me by a friend and it exceeded all expectations. First, the dough is exceptional and really what makes it stand out. Then the tomato sauce, the cheese, the seasonal flavors, makes it all come together beautifully. We had the Quattro Formaggi and the Musakhan, a take on Palestine’s national dish. The flavors were so well balanced and beautifully arranged. The crust had the perfect amount of crispy char. We’ll be coming back again very soon!

Pizza is my all time go-to and What The Crust did NOT disappoint! Very authentic Neapolitan pizza. Ingredients are all very flavorful. We have a favorite napolitana pizza here in the US but What The Crust definitely surpassed it. We’ll definitely be eating there every time we visit Egypt (and so should you). Juices were also very fresh and I loved their basil lemonade.

This is the best pizza I’ve had in years! I really liked the Italian place in Zamalek, but this place wins with their crust and quality service. We made reservations a couple of hours ahead of time for a Wednesday night at 5:30 and I’m glad I did because it was already busy and they turned away a car full of people when we left an hour later. We sat at the table with the swings which my toddler loved. They also had a baby chair and wooden utensils for younger kids too. We loved watching them cook and chatting with the chefs. They quickly learned my son’s name and multiple people checked on us. We had the capricciosa and their chocolate desert pizza. Our main pizza had perfect crust with nice marks from their pizza oven. There was the perfect amount of toppings. I loved the garlicky mushrooms. Side note that their oven can cook four pizzas at a time in about a minute. I was so happy to find out that they used real pistachios and hazelnuts on the dessert pizza because my son has a peanut allergy that would have been a huge issue if they had tried to cheat on this. I will definitely be back!
